Explain how

No. I believe racism still exists all over the world. But not to the extent that the worst of leftists and SJWs want us all to believe.
Here's a long list of harmless things the left recently demonized as racist:

-The phrase Hard Worker: https://thehornnews....ays-msnbc-host/
-The American Flag: http://www.foxnews.c...-on-campus.html
-Mathematics: http://money.cnn.com...th-destruction/
-Cartoon Frogs: https://www.hillaryc...s-an-explainer/
-Certain Hairstyles: http://louderwithcro...guy-speaks-out/
-The Gadsden flag: http://thefederalist...st-incur-fines/
-Halloween Costumes: http://www.nationalr...katherine-timpf
-Climate Change https://www.theguard...ck-lives-matter
-The Oscars http://thefederalist...-racist-oscars/
-Being critical of Islam (hint: Islam isn't a race): https://www.theguard...ny-islamisation
-Saying "All lives matter" http://www.huffingto...b_11004780.html

I also believe the fringe left are resorting to McCarthyism style witch hunts to find racists to ruin their livelihoods and kill their careers. Bigot shopping as I like to call it. Take a look at Brendan Eich, the CEO of Mozilla who was forced to resign because he was against LGBT marriage in 2008 (at the same time Hillary and Obama were ALSO against gay marriage) Some assholes thought it necessary to dig up some old dirt on him. They also call up every Christian bakery in the phone book until they find one that won't cater to a gay wedding. Not to mention they disregard all anti-white racism.

But they met the workplace diversity expectations set up by the rest of society. Why do you hold them to a higher standard?

I didn't know they were a protected group for affirmative action purposes. Do you know there are only around 14 million Jews in the entire world, and only around 5 million Jews in the United States (including Jews of no religion? I find that truly amazing, considering the impact they have. What a talented people!

Yea, but, anti-white racism is the "good" kind of racism since white people have destroyed the earth and all the people on it. If not for evil whites the planet would be inhabited with peaceful hunter-gatherers who wouldn't hurt a fly. Instead the evil whites brought this curse into the world called "technology". Stupid crap like the wheel and indoor plumbing. It was all a dastardly plan to bankrupt humanity.

Interesting list, I forgot about the Academy Awards, those evil racists who gave an Oscar to Sidney Poitier all the way back in 1964 (when evil white racism was supposedly at its worst). What today's hack actors don't realize is that the Oscar is not a participation trophy. It's awarded for actual, real talent across the board, not just how you appeal to a narrow market.

Disparity has also been repurposed to mean "racism" as well. While other statistical terms are virtually forbidden from being mentioned. The manipulation of our language is just another way to take control of our lives.

I never really heard of this Richard Spencer alt-right guy until the MSM decided to crown him king of the alt-right. It's strange, considering how few people follow this guy. Maybe I should watch more CNN so I actually know what the gullible idiots these days are talking about. The alt-right I'm used to seeing on the internet consist of a mixed bag of people of all races, genders, and sexual orientations, who broke the stereotypical image of fiscal conservatism being practiced by old white religious dudes and church ladies only. I suppose it boils down to anything they can do to paint the opposition as racist bigots.

I hate to break it to you, but the Maya at Palenque had undeground aqueducts, flush toilets, and even used household waer filters that worked much like modern ceramic water filters..[18][19]

But I have seen ‘headlines’ like that on right wing sites and similar things expressed here.

Things claiming that black people are intellectually and morally inferior to white people and other racial slurs things about women not been intellectually or emotionally able to do anything beyond menial work and other sexist slurs

And I reply again - there is a problem in the US in race relations to ignore it is just plain stupid

Protest is about raising the issues - it seems to me that the race issue has been ignored by many

Anyway it’s like saying that the anti-globalisation protesters should not protest because they were doing nothing to improve relations with the wealthy institutions and individuals that benefitted from such neoliberal policies.

So you think racist, sexist, and things that demean others is funny? For fuck sake why? Have you an example of what you think is a good racist ‘joke’ (please no link just from you).

LOL your whole post was full of grievances

Can you please try and read before going all huffy on us – to repeat - if you want to put up a rational and reasonable argument why you are not racist if you make racist comments

To put it another way – if someone made a racist comment can they put up a rational and reasonable argument for doing so?

Sorry still can’t work out what you are talking about.

Do you think atheists would fare any better under a fundamentalist Christian regime? And it has been argued that the US Constitution doesn’t protect atheists.

The social justice left OH PLEASE – that just another made up jibe, I find it hilarious that you complain about the left making up malicious jibes about the right while you sprout malicious lies about the left, doubly hilarious because you are so blind by your prejudice that you don’t even see you are doing it.

Again with the next made up jibe - ALL the remainers demonised ALL the leavers as racists – well not true although it is true that some of those calling for Brexit were racist. And it is also true that some some racist have supported Trump but that does not mean that ALL Trumpets are racists, HOWEVER if I were the supported of something that was also being supported by out and out racists I would be wondering if I’d made a good choice.

Anyway you post is again basic misdirection and I’m sorry but I’m not falling for it.

Back in 2008 I posted something entitled - Neo-cons fall, who’ll rise on the right?

http://www.hipforums.com/forum/topic/312388-neo-cons-fall-who%E2%80%99ll-rise-on-the-right/

My conclusion was that the libertarian right would possibly the winning faction saying - if they could persuade enough people that they were ‘new’ and nothing like the ‘old’ Republican Party

To me the alt-right are what you might term Nationalist Libertarians and I wrote something about that some time ago (2005)

Why do the national libertarians keep reminding me of the Nazis?

http://www.hipforums.com/forum/topic/100079-why-do-the-national-libertarians-keep-reminding-me-of-the-nazis/

This is what I wrote –

There are people that come to the forum that I have begun to think of as national libertarians. They mix a bastard libertarianism with the whiff of nationalism about it. It is a strange mix it seems to wish to protect Americans from the effects of free market capitalism while promoting free market economics.

Lets us look at a few of the trends I’ve noted.

They seem to talk of the US ‘regaining’ power from international organisations and being ‘free’ once again.

Can be isolationist

Can be against immigration and blame immigrants for talking away ‘American jobs’ lowing educational standards and increases in taxation.

Talk of ‘conspiracies’ undermining the ‘American’ way of life.

Much talk of ‘liberty’ and ‘freedom’ and how they will bring more (without explaining what they mean)

Claim that the present system is corrupt.

Claim to be neither of the right or left.

Talk of some past golden age.

In a lot of ways it reminds me of National Socialism the underlying ideological principle might be very different but many of the buttons that the Nazis used to attract people are being pushed by the national libertarians (the Nat-libs).

For one thing it is the scapegoating, how the two seem to blame the problems of their society on either external powers or internal ‘traitors’

How they appeal to the elite’s while simultaneously claiming to be looking after the interests of the common people against those of those same elite’s.

Nazis imagery was all about the past glory of the Teutonic races of the once proud power of the German volk that never really existed. The Nat-libs seem to talk a lot about the past of the founding fathers in almost reverential terms and associate it with a true ‘American’ way that never really existed since they seem to forget just what a compromise and a fudge the US constitution was.

The only reason idiots like this Spencer guy become popular is because people on the left give them media attention. I can't think of anyone, including myself, who even heard of the guy until I saw the video of his speech spammed all over Facebook by liberals acting like these people are going to gain some kind of a real foothold and that the sky is about to fall. As if groups like this didn't exist before Trump was elected, and as if they're going to gain more influence once he is in office. People just like to have something to cry about. It's really amazing how low people will stoop to demonize a large number of people by associating them with an incredibly small number of fringe kooks.

.

Well I’ve been complaining for years how right wingers (like yourself) try to portray anyone that leans left as either hardline communists or working (knowingly or not) for the dark forces of the New World Order.

The thing is that the alt-right are real unlike the NOW conspiracy.

So you're claiming the far right neo Nazis are really a product of the media and the left?

Are you saying we should ignore white supremacists and they'll just go away? Should we wait until another church gets bombed or someone gets hung in the dead of night or should attention be called to what they represent now?

Why would you hate that? It's an impressive achievement, though isolated. There's always an obscure counter here or there, but does it really destroy the argument? Hardly. Would you compare Mayan plumbing to Roman? And I'm sure the Chinese have some plumbing in their history as well, they're so good with terra cotta! I still think the western world is what brought all of this into modernity and daily life for the greater part of history and for the greater number of people. How else do we measure achievements?

And just look at the airplay the media is giving to the KKK, as if they were a real "problem" for anyone. As opposed to being a pathetic relic from the past with a FEW pathetic followers. My father in law is the only person I know who had encounters with the KKK. He is amused at the way people today whine about them.

What's disgusting is the way this imaginary group has managed to rise in the last year without any effort at all on their part. Anyone who wasn't paying attention would think the KKK is making a "comeback". THAT is a laugh. All those clowns do when they get together is fight over each other's whiteness. And yet, when someone mentions the KKK, it become a stone around the neck of ALL white Americans.

Nobody seems to care that even when the REAL klan was at their peak, MOST white Americans wanted no part of them. Same as the slavers.

I don't deny those things exist. However, those sexist and racist articles and subject matter against women and minorities are usually met with scorn and disgust by the populace and other reporters. And rightfully so. Yet prominent left wing sources give the green light to publish articles hate-driven headlines like these:
http://www.salon.com/2015/12/22/white_men_must_be_stopped_the_very_future_of_the_planet_depends_on_it_partner/
http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/comment/as-a-white-man-im-surprised-more-women-arent-tweeting-the-hashtag-killallwhitemen-10266952.html
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/mar/13/feminists-do-not-hate-men
http://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/30/opinion/sunday/nicholas-kristof-when-whites-just-dont-get-it-part-5.html

Do you not see the double standard? Today it's politically correct to publish and broadcast hateful messages against white males, yet it's only racist and sexist if you scrutinize women and people of color. My point I'm making is we should have identity politics for everybody, or nobody. This means either we allow this kind of nasty scrutiny and racism to exist for all races and identities, or we don't allow this shit at all. If you feel racism is unacceptable for people of color, it should be unacceptable for white people too. Same with sexism.

Identity politics for some. Or Identity politics for all. Which would you rather have?

Since Obama, race relations and conflicts have been at their worst since the pre civil rights era. Ironic considering the first black president was expected to unite us all closer.

How is rioting and tearing down black businesses, homes, and neighborhoods a valid form of protest? How is killing random cops who had nothing to do with the deaths of certain black people a valid form of protest?

If you think police brutality is bad, you ain't seen nothing yet! Black Lives Matter ambushing police officers is giving cops more justification to be more brutal and aggressive, have an itchy trigger finger. You want police to stop killing random black men? Well, police are going to have a much itchier trigger fingers when confronting young black men if Black Lives Matter keeps encouraging black people to wage war with the police. Black Lives Matter is just another media ruse to give rise to militarized police on our streets. How liberals see Black Lives Matter is a peaceful solution to unjust police profiling blows my mind.

It depends on the joke. If it's a joke that pokes fun of race stereotypes in a non-harmful way, it can be rather funny. If the joke is fueled by racist hate, then I usually find it disgusting.
Seriously though, this sentence you wrote makes you sound like a prude; do you not know how to tell the difference between a joke and a blatant insult?

Dave Chappelle is one of my most favorite comedians of all time. 90% of his jokes are race stereotypes, but he delivers it in a way that makes people laugh. If you've ever seen his material, you'll see he is anything but a racist. He delivered with humorous shock value too. However, he and many other comedians will never return to a college campus (a social justice warrior hotbed) to do a stand-up routine ever again because they can't say anything without triggering a special snowflake college SJW.

LOL, ok what fundamentalist christian regimes do you know of that still exist today? Provide examples please.

Secondly, what is the punishment of being an atheist in these fundamentalist Christian regimes you believe exist? Do atheists get name-called, do atheists get a slap on the wrist, do they get stoned to death in the name of Allah? Or does the governing body of these christian regimes even care what you believe?

Third, the US constitution has freedom of religion. Meaning you're free to believe whatever you want as long as you don't try to get the state to sponsor your beliefs.

Forth, Pope Francis is one of the biggest advocates for the unvetted mass muslim refugee program. To integrate muslims into predominantly christian nations. So I don't know what you're talking about.

Whats wrong with separating the social justice crybullies on the fringe left, from the sensible liberals and center-left? I separate the religious right from the neocons, and from the old-school conservatives just as much. Not prejudice. Political labels and ideas are not black and white, you know that.

I never said ALL remainers called ALL the leavers racist. But from what I saw as a foreigner looking through the window, was lots of racist accusations toward the leave voters coming from the remain campaign. It was quite comparable what I was seeing with this election. The racist card used to work so well for the left in the past. Now it's just an ineffective buzzword.

The way I see it: When irrefutable examples of racism come to surface, bring it out in the open and scrutinize it. Otherwise stop going bigot shopping and shut up.

Originally they crowned Milo Yiannopolous queen of the alt-right. But they quickly pulled attention off of him because they realize he breaks every single negative conservative stereotype in the book. And their buzzwords don't work on him: They can't call a gay man a homophobe. They can't call him racist because he loves black dick. They can't call him an anti-semite because he's part jewish. They can't call him a sexist because he's quick to call every third-wave feminist on their own sexist hypocrisies. So they found some douchebag racist like Spencer to give all the attention to, just to keep projecting racist accusations on all their opponents.
