The FDA RDA for B1 is 1.5mg orally daily for males over 19 100mg Thiamin.HCL is ~6,667% of that Not including dietary sources. Reference? It's true that most people don't drink enough water to begin with - but the answer to your question is: enough. you can't get more specific than that without some serious data. I tend to drink about a gallon of straight water a day - you can tell your own hydration level if you're in tune to it. Urine color... etc Maybe. But I doubt it. You're assuming quite alot about me, and that's pretty rude. Besides the title of this thread is "how to stop nausea when drinking" not "let's rail on people who like to drink" So now you know what's best for someone you've never met. I'm not sure what exactly you mean here but I think I was just called an idiot. Nice. Way to toss in an Ad hominem attack. Logical Fallacies: it's what's for dinner. Yes. Ever notice how pot smokers hang with pot smokers? Or WASP's hang with WASP's? Or punks with punks? Or... etc.... Thanks for the kind comments..
Nausea is my friend. It tells me when I'm not well and need to expell what is making me ill. Nausea keeps me healthy. On one occasion, it possibly kept me from dieing from alchohol poisoning. When drinking, nausea is a valuable tool that I don't want to lose.
Certainly do. Drink more. In fact, drink like a fish and learn to enjoy it. If you feel sick, then fuckin hurl!! It's the only way forward.. Otherwise, you could stay as you are and in the long run, save yourself money. Failing that, take it is a hint that alcohol is not for you.
i just have to overcome it mentally. i know its all in my head, because sometimes i feel nauceous after one shot, even though i can drink 4 beers easily without throwing up.
