how to get opiates without prescription?

I wanted to ask how you can do this without a prescription? I am in the southern oregon area and I know hardly any people selling opiates on the streets, and I don't really know how to get them any other way. How do you guys go about getting prescription drugs without having a prescription? Do any of u in southern oregon know some ways? Mind me if the question is silly, most of the time I get free drugs from friends lol and they aren't opiates.
