Listening to specific music, not just any music. Some music makes me sadder. Spending time w/my best friend and watching funny movies...And oh yeah, alchohol.
cheerful music. i dont recommend drugs, when i do that i get even more depressed that i had to use drugs for getting happy. (although i do reccomend drugs in general)
if you don't know the words, hum along until you get it right.Just be happy,it's really simplier than it sounds.peace
there are tons of things that make me momentarily happy. But living simply, being grateful for all the little things in my life, and learning to live my own life and walk my own path without regard for what society says has been my sure recipie for happiness!
That's the same with me...But I don't fall asleep, I can't, because I have too much in my head... What helps me is that I just seek the company of really funny, nice people, they always make me happy. Sometimes. But mostly, music is my cure.
listening to the rain as i sit and watch it from my windowsill playing with my cat running in mud puddles/rivers w/friends getting high and going for a long walk hugs and chinese food car rides and vacations watching comedy movies or cult classics compliments
two things-- jack johnson and white chocolate ice cream and justin and alyssa. . . . 4 things really, i lied
1)listening to some tripped out happy music like lucy in the sky with diamonds 2)meditating 3)burning inscence 4)thinking of dropping out of society 5)reading something spiritual like the bibal or books on buddhisim 6)writing poetry those are some of the things that make me happy when im feeling down, but i find that in the society i live in since there is so much negative energy its hard to keep being happy.i guess i should just take timothy leary's advice and turn on tune in and drop out.

hiya! I get the blues quite badly, i find yoga very helpful. Salutes to the sun is a little routine which is prescribed as therapy for depression. Give it a go, it works. i've started meditation, just counting breaths, 1-10 and start again, observe thoughts and feelings then let them go, when done regularly the tendency to step back from negative thoughts and emotions, comes into everyday life. it's helped me when i've been low. my love goes out to all people struggling with the blues. x peace
