I've been reading a bit about a potential link between serial killers and childhood head trauma

I also watched a speech given by a psychiatrist not too long ago who talked about his young nephew who started acting acting out in a violent manner and drawing pictures of mass shootings. He did a brain scan on him and it turned out he had a large cyst growing on his brain. It was removed and his behavior returned to normal

    Really fascinating stuff

I've had a number of concussions, not that you would ever know.........

Signs and symptoms of a concussion may include:
    • Headache or a feeling of pressure in the head (I've had that ever since the presidential election)
    • Temporary loss of consciousness (everyday about 1:00 pm)
    • Confusion or feeling as if in a fog (ever since the election)
    • Amnesia surrounding the traumatic event (What event?)
    • Dizziness or "seeing stars" (only at night)
    • Ringing in the ears ("Christmas bells, oh Christmas bells ringing through the land...")
    • Nausea (ever since the election)
    • Vomiting (ever since the election)
    • Slurred speech (does the keyboard counmt)
    • Delayed response to questions (...........)
    • Appearing dazed (note my custom title)
    • Fatigue (everyday about 1:00 pm)

You want a source? Then you look it up.
You're not my teacher, and I've been done with homework for a long time now.
As I recall a few months ago you stated you're tired of looking up sources for your posts.
I'm not wasting my time doing it either as nobody listens or cares anyway.

I did look it up, that's how I listed the source that I did.

I couldn't find anything about Trump actually saving any money in the the amounts he claimed on the new Air force One jets and associated support.

Another example of how things have changed, we used to expect facts to be valid.

no news in the news and no truth in the truth, used to be a joke about russia.

but that was before we elected a president who is a lap dog of the russian mafia.

it isn't russia that is the problem. its organized crime, that seems to hate and want to destroy consent of the governed.

so many things. before d.b. cooper, metal detectors in airports would have been unthinkable.

you didn't even need a ticket to get on a plane, to go to an airport restaurant and watch the planes landing and taking off.

and airplanes weren't the first thing you thought of if you wanted to take a trip further then you felt like driving.

for that matter, i'm old enough to remember when a car, wasn't the first thing you thought of, every time you wanted to go anywhere.

and taking it somewhere to be worked on by someone else, wasn't the furst thing you thought of every time you needed to change the oil and filter,
or even replace the distributor, plugs and points and set the timing.

what people forget, is that the REASON times were simpler, is because there were fewer people.

(NOT because we've replaced vacuum tubes with integrated circuits).

I had an electronic organiser. It got taken off me in class once... I never got that back either.. .I just remembered that. Who was that asshole teacher? If I find out, he's going on the get back at list. Because you don't steal 15yo girls organisers. It's just not right.

And my wife would take my organiser and write me messages. And I would read them later. And I believe I've got some non read messages there from 15year ago. That really pisses me off ya know? Fucken perv probably read them too, got his jollies off.

It was basically a glorified calculator...lol...

As for the online inflation calculator, my first computer back in 1991 cost over $1000 dollars and yet today I could purchase a computer
with vastly more processing power and memory for under $300 dollars.- interesting

Yeah but still that 300$ computer today is vastly pathetic to a 1000$ computer but.

    Just sayin'.

It's like, how it is bro. If there's a 300 laptop and a 1000 laptop the 1000 laptop will better equipment and functions. So just because you can buy a computer today for 300, doesn't necessarily mean it's value for money. If you go through 3x 300 computers in the time of a 1000 one, then you're basically level off and now all your data is gone.

Have you ever heard of Moore's Law?

It's the observation that carried from the 20th century on through the beginning of this century that The number of transistors (aka computing power) that can fit on a chip practically double every 2 years while chip prices become cheaper.

A $1000 computer from 1991 is not going to have better equipment and functions than a $300 one today.
