I was 5'6" by the age of 17 and asked a doctor how tall he thought I would be, because I had always been among the shortest kids in the class. He's said my parents height indicates that I should be over 6' tall and, of course, my first thought was "LIAR!" By 19 I was 6'2" and spent the next four years learning how to duck and watch where I was going.

5ft 10 and a bit. The "bit" is quite important Lol . I wish I was an inch taller as my wife is 5ft 11 and she is reluctant to wear heels when we go out .

I am guessing my ancestors could possibly be Roman Soldiers that occupied Britain because of my dark hair and height , The average height for a Roman Soldier back then was around 5ft 9 and much smaller then the Ancient Britains /Celts who averaged around 6ft plus for a guy . They were much bigger physically than the invading Romans.
