Well this isn't anything new. I think most people are well aware of anti semitism in pre war Poland. Hasn't anyone heard the pre war Polish slogan "Poland for the Poles"?

Majority of Poland is still living in mental medieval. I don't see how this could be fixed. And if there is any point in fixing it at all.

History of the Jews in Poland:

The history of the Jews in Poland dates back over a millennium.[5] For centuries, Poland was home to the largest and most significant Jewish community in the world. Poland was the centre of Jewish culture thanks to a long period of statutory religious tolerance and social autonomy. This ended with the Partitions of Poland which began in 1772, in particular, with the discrimination and persecution of Jews in the Russian Empire. During World War II there was a nearly complete genocidal destruction of the Polish Jewish community by Nazi Germany, during the 1939–1945 German occupation of Poland and the ensuing Holocaust. Since the fall of communism there has been a Jewish revival in Poland, characterized by the annual Jewish Culture Festival, new study programmes at Polish high schools and universities, the work of synagogues such as the Nozyk, and the Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
From the founding of the Kingdom of Poland in 1025 through to the early years of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth created in 1569, Poland was the most tolerant country in Europe.[6] Known as paradisus Iudaeorum (Latin for "Paradise for the Jews"), it became a shelter for persecuted and expelled European Jewish communities and the home to the world's largest Jewish community of the time. According to some sources, about three-quarters of all Jews lived in Poland by the middle of the 16th century.[7][8][9] With the weakening of the Commonwealth and growing religious strife (due to the Protestant Reformation and Catholic Counter-Reformation), Poland’s traditional tolerance[10] began to wane from the 17th century onward.[11] After the partitions of Poland in 1795 and the destruction of Poland as a sovereign state, Polish Jews were subject to the laws of the partitioning powers, the increasingly antisemitic Russian Empire,[12] as well as Austro-Hungary and Kingdom of Prussia (later a part of the German Empire). Still, as Poland regained independence in the aftermath of World War I, it was the center of the European Jewish world with one of world's largest Jewish communities of over 3 million. Antisemitism, however, from both the political establishment and from the general population, common throughout Europe, was a growing problem.[13]
At the start of World War II, Poland was partitioned between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union (see: Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact). The war resulted in the death of one-fifth of the Polish population, with 90% or about 3 million of Polish Jewry killed along with approximately 3 million Polish non-Jews.[14] Although the Holocaust occurred largely in German occupied Poland there was little collaboration with the Nazis by its citizens. Collaboration by individual Poles has been described as smaller than in other occupied countries.[15][16] Statistics of the Israeli War Crimes Commission indicate that less than 0.1% of Polish gentiles collaborated with the Nazis.[17] Examples of Polish gentile attitudes to German atrocities varied widely, from actively risking death in order to save Jewish lives,[18] and passive refusal to inform on them; to indifference, blackmail,[19] and in extreme cases, participation in pogroms such as the Jedwabne massacre. Grouped by nationality, Poles represent the largest number of people who rescued Jews during the Holocaust.[20][21]
In the postwar period, many of the approximately 200,000 Jewish survivors registered at CKŻP (of whom 136,000 arrived from the Soviet Union)[21][22][23] left the Communist People's Republic of Poland for the nascent State of Israel and North or South America. Their departure was hastened by the destruction of Jewish institutions, post-war violence and the hostility of the Communist Party to both religion and private enterprise, but also because in 1946–1947 Poland was the only Eastern Bloc country to allow free Jewish aliyah to Israel,[24] without visas or exit permits.[25][26] Britain demanded from Poland to halt the exodus, but their pressure was largely unsuccessful.[27] Most of the remaining Jews left Poland in late 1968 as the result of the Soviet-sponsored "anti-Zionist" campaign. After the fall of the Communist regime in 1989, the situation of Polish Jews became normalized and those who were Polish citizens before World War II were allowed to renew Polish citizenship. Religious institutions were revived, largely through the activities of Jewish foundations from the United States. The contemporary Polish Jewish community is estimated to have approximately 20,000 members,[28] though the actual number of Jews, including those who are not actively connected to Judaism or Jewish culture, may be several times larger.

Yes I am and yes I know Rypin. I do not agree with your opinion though. Saying that Poland will remain white is pretty racist and closed-minded to me...
It's not what Polish people stand for. "Jews have Isreal".. really? After so many Poles have emigrated and been welcomed by other nations?

Prior to the Nazi occupation, many Polish army and airmen fled to England and were highly respected by our country.
That, coupled wit the fact that today nearly all polish people coming to the UK come here to work, rather than scrounge and commit crimes, is why regardless of brexit you will always be made welcome here.

The reason that you may feel that some British people do not accept you well is largely because since we joined Europe the riff raff of other Eastern European countries came to London, sponging on our social welfare and committing crimes (mostly shop lifting). Sadly, many people associate Eastern Europe with Poland and never bothered to look at the true origins of these people.
Our daughter is a London police officer and knows the truth.

One of the funniest stories of recent years was when our largest supermarket chain worked out how they could save money by getting a Polish firm to manufacture their cold meat products. They approached the owner of a factory that had been producing world renowned products for several generations and told him of their plans for their product and how much they expected to pay for them. The owner of the factory went absolutely ballistic and kicked them out of his premises. I have rarely laughed as much as I did when they returned with the news.

I am very patriotic, and what happens on 11.11 is beautiful in my opinion however emphasizing how important it is for us to remain a white nation, gives people a wrong impression. It's about our independence and freedom, that's what's the most important to Polish people and the fact that we are in charge of our own country especially after 1989. Everyone who respects our laws, should be welcome and not rejected because of their skin color. I understand your pont of view because I know what Polish people went through and how much we value what's ours, athough it won't be easy to understand from a non-polish perspective. No worries I am sure our culture will survive as it always has! Nice meeting you as well.
Well I agree about the emigration though. Importantly there is a development. We didn't have as much time as other European countries.

No. 303 Polish Squadron is especially well known in Poland and their involvement during the Battle of Britain. Thank you for saying that! I know some people don't share your opinion and it's nice to hear a positive one. A the same time I know not all the Poles have been working hard for our good name ;)

BaldnBare, I know it very well. Accepting "unwanted and culturally mis matched individuals" as you nicely said, is a different topic. Allowing huge masses of uncontrolled people into the country is something I do not support either. It's still not just because of their race it's a threat to country's security.

The main problem in London is that Polish has become something of a generic name for Eastern European.
Over recent years their have been numerous news reports of Polish shop lifters stealing thousands of pounds in cash and goods from shops and shoppers in Central London. In reality, police found that 98% or these criminals were organized Romanian gangs.

It is really sad, I have personally met foreigners prejudiced against us just because of the stuff they have seen on TV. That is why I am trying to not be judgmental towards other nations.

Well I don't know because I haven't. I am pretty sure it's about money and life comfort though.

If we talk about cultural differences, it's something difficult to overcome. I agree Poland should be 100% free from any kind of pressure especially from the EU and I hope our government will always put our Christian values first as so far it's been working well for us.

I wouldn't necessarily say that Poland is a white nation. I think it's far from it, but I don't really class Slavic genes to be really white in the first place. I know you have your white Poles, Scandinavian influence much like the Norman's in France, Poland being such a historic trading nation in the middle ages, was a easy destination spot for the Vikings across the Baltic.

    Poland for the Poles!
