How often do you wash your car?

I just realized that i rarely wash my car. I should wash it more cuz its a good car and i paid decent money for it.

When i had my old ford explorer i washed it like 8 times in two years lol


its a lovely day today and i have the day off so ill prolly wash my car :sunny:

I don't have a car.

I have a push bike.
I washed it after I bought it...that's it.
It rains a lot here!

Not often enough. It probably needs it now but its supposed to rain for the next week so why bother at this point. Natures car wash.

 

I too neglect washing the car as often as I probably should. When I do it, I usually go and use a jet wash.
We now have these car wash people in virtually every supermarket car park, immigrants mainly, anxious to earn some money. I could get it done for £5 - £1 more than I usually spend on the jet wash, so maybe I should just get them to do it. I'd rather they got the money than whatever big chain owns the jet wash.
Or maybe that's just another excuse for being lazy about this.................maybe those people are being exploited by whoever provides the kit etc for their car washes. I doubt they get the whole amount of money.

I think today i might play some 80s music and wash it while wearing a speedo G string

 

some people need the speedo to show the bulge ....not me

I wash my Honda when i'm going to a family function or just don't want to be pegged as a hick

living on a dirt road I don't bother her...I wash in the city before hitting the highway

 

I might put a sock in there as well in case there are any ladies walking aorund :2thumbsup:

 

I usually just let the rain wash the vehicle. Maybe I should wash it now and then- a newer hybrid suv isn't exactly cheap. But know what? It really doesn't look dirty. I wash it in the winter after snow if it gets that yucky stuff on it from snow plows.

I don't own a car but the cars I drive in rarely get washed (except the company car with logo of course ). The one in which we transport our dog to the forest etc. really contains a penetrating stench

..only when the windshield gets too dirty to see clearly out of.... or if it's a hot day and I feel like using a high powered hose at the car wash...that thing almost knocks me down, it's ridiculous.. I like when the rain washes my car.

Yeah, during the winter i never wash my car. The rain does the job.
