nononono, i'm sayin that's why it's dangerous - you can do some really stupid ass shit. read my post on page 1
you're making no sense.. you say an someone high on opiates could or should not drive but its possible on xanax.. i call bullshit.. i've driven plenty of times on a good dose of hydro.. no its not safe and its definitely stupid.. i've done the same with benzos, mushrooms, alcohol and weed... i condone none of them... driving under the influence is driving under the influence and is said dangerous to yourself and others.. not to mention irresponsible
well...what i am saying is that heroin makes people nod out and just become lethargic, which is not necessarily true with benzos, leaving more opportunity to possibly do more stupid shit i am not condoning the use of either and i am not condoning driving under any influence, i am saying the exact opposite. I think you misread my initial post about the two
False. I guess that depends on dosage though. The way I used to take xanax, I was FAR from functional, either physically or mentally. Xanax is "fuck it" in pill form. I've been so fukt up on xanax that I've fallen flat on my face, and was even too fukt up to sit in a chair without falling out of it. haha Also, one time I was working at a grocery store while I was fukt up on xanax and I accidentally left a few hundred dollars worth of dairy products sitting out in a non-refrigerated area, so all of it was ruined. lol I didn't even know about that until I came back to work the next day and someone told me about it. Another time, I was one 9-10 bars and crashed my mom's car, so I went to a store and asked someone for a ride. He told me where he was going and I thought where he was going was closer to my house than where I was. Little did I know, I was only 3 miles from my house and the guy dropped me off about 30 miles from my house. At this point, I thought he had brought me closer to home, but I was WAY further from home than where I was when I got in the dude's car. lol I also lost my wallet that night, as well as my job. I even forgot that I lost my job because I was so fukt up, and I showed up to work the next night and they had to tell me AGAIN that I had been fired the night before. haha Another time, me and a few friends were all on 4 bars each and we were riding down the road. My cousin was driving, and he was so barred out that he ran off the road going about 80mph and hit a railroad crossing, flattening the steel pole that the crossing-arm was attached to. What made things even worse is that I was sitting in the bed of the truck and my head bounced off of the back window of the cab, shattering it. lol Another time, I ate like 16mg of xanax and was so fukt up that I just started eating every pill I found, including 15 benadryls, a handful of diethylpropion, a handful of diclofenac, a handful of some other pills that I don't even know what they were, and I also drank a pint of Bacardi. When I say "handful", I mean that shit literally. lol Sometime during that day, I even scooped out two very large mounds of 2ce and ate it. The next day, when I was no longer tripping or fukt up on pills, my mom told me that she was missing ~80 pills or so. Because of xanax, I've been arrested, crashed cars, lost jobs, almost died/OD'ed, lost friends, etc. Also, my friend recently died of a xanax/methadone overdose. Joker is right too.....benzo withdrawals are among the most dangerous withdrawals in the world, because the withdrawals can actually kill you. The only withdrawals that are fatal, as far as I know, are benzo withdrawals and alcohol withdrawals.
IMO its much safer to drive on opiates than benzo's. This is from someone who has driven on both. I ALWAYS make sure I have a DD when i'm gonna do xanax. It's literally the ONLY drug I insist on having a DD for. I've driven on acid, mushrooms, weed, alcohol, opiates, the list goes on. Benzo's have got to be the most unsafe thing to drive on. Just ask neodude, or some people in the pharmaceutical section.
I only do Xanax once in a blue moon. To be more specific, probably once every 3-4 months on average. I fucking love it, but I can't remember what I did while high and can't distinguish dreams from reality. I think it's actually been around a year since I last had Xanax.
Purp... i really think you just need to stop contributing to this thread because it's only showing how uneducated you are on this subject... g'day
lol what? these people's posts are exactly what i've been saying - xanax is a shitty thing to do, unless you enjoy a dissociation between reality and your own little world it creates im not claiming i know much about it - i'm not making any claims about it all either - everything i've said so far has been an observation and relative to what i have seen and experienced what xanax and opiates do to my friends and family. which a lot of which is what YOU are saying...so i really think you should reread my posts. like i said, i think you misread them.
You can do it every day. I spent 8 or 9 months taking 8 or so milligrams of xanax a day and I quit with no problem. Anyone who gets "addicted" is a lightweight.
Is that not true? As far as I know, and as far as I have heard and experienced, heroin users shoot up and become lethargic and sluggish. I know and have been in the presence of many xanax users that are up and SEEM fine. My own cousin SEEMED fine when he walked pass several security guards and into a packed elevator, up 217 feet into a tower. "He seemed quiet, but fine," said a witness before he got up onto the ledge and jumped to his death. I'd say that takes a lot more energy than most people would be able to muster at more than 200mg of heroin going through their bodies. (I'm sorry if you automatically assume that everything I say is fact - I didn't know I had that much of an importance to you)
people also hear that when marijuana is smoked it drives people insane and makes them kill people... i'm done arguing with you
lol i didn't know that what i was saying was that outrageous. instead of being a dick about it, maybe next time you can simply point out where you think i am wrong.
That's bullshit. Your case may be 1 in a million, you can't say people who get addicted to it are "lightweights". And you can't put "addicted" in quotes like that, either, because it is a REAL PHYSICAL addiction. Some people are more prone to addiction than others. You may not have become an addict, but plenty of others have, and calling someone a lightweight is just an immature insult.
Right on. And to add on to this, maybe rainbowz, you should reconsider your relationship with this substance. I typically am all for experimentation within safe parameters, but everything I've ever experienced from this particular substance is that it is extremely dangerous. Your carefree attitude may lead your own self into addiction. If you feel like taking it, do so with utmost caution. nvm, i see that you quit
There's nothing that benzodiazepines give you that is worth taking benzodiazepines for. Not even anxiety.
I love xanax, but they're not for everyone. They've gotten me into trouble and fukt my life up a few times, but that's because I was an immature fuck back in my xanax heyday. lol I didn't use them properly back then. Hell, even today, I like to get barred out, from time to time. However, I've learned how to use them without going overboard and without getting into trouble. There is a time and a place for everything, but the best place for large amounts of xanax is in the privacy of your own home.
