I never heard of pot as a prescription for lacking brain cells. The owner of the security company next door knocked on my door a few months ago because their night sift people could smell pot coming from my house. I informed them there was a state legal medical grow in a room in my house and the owner was satisfied with the information and she would tell her staff not to worry about it. True stuff, but it does somewhat unnerve to think that your neighbor will report you if they believe something might be amiss. But to answer the question, every day.
I go to the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon, and boy is there a big marijuana culture here hahaha, and I LOVE it!! Living in the dorms for nine months, I smelled it outside my window probably twice a week bahaha. Woot college
I smell it just about everywhere I go in my town. I have smelt it in parking lots, every neighborhood, every apartment area, all the on the road, at school, and on trails. so yeah where i live in california is a super smokey town. I smell it just about every day.
a few times a week, more if there is something like a music festival or ribfest going on downtown. my neighbors probably smell it a lot, especially if they're on their balcony when I'm on mine haha. lots of them pass by and say hi while I'm smoking a joint (my balcony is only 1/2 story off the ground) and never mention anything. for the most part people in Canada are pretty relaxed about marijuana. I actually visited the 'hot box cafe' in Toronto a few weeks ago - vaporizers on every table, a patio out back to smoke, and they even have rental bongs and pipes. it's BYOWeed, but still pretty cool.
Every other day on average now that's summer. In winter almost never. There's a park that I go to near the city (Tacoma) and I can always smell it everywhere.
