How Often Do You Shower?

How often do you guys shower? I heard that the skin has beneficial bacteria on it , that help your immune system, and you shouldn't take showers to frequently, or use water that to hot or use antibacterial soap. I take showers once or twice a week.

 

Twice a day when I work. Once a day when I'm off (unless I work out -- then it's twice).

 

Generally 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes more. Rarely 2 times a day, pretty much never.

 

Daily. I work in a kitchen, I get nasty enough at work without going there gross. I only wash my hair once a week, though, with baking soda and an apple cider vinegar rinse.

 

Since I ride my bike to work, at least once a day. If I'm having sex at nite, I'll take another one beforehand. I don't need to use deodorant since I'm so clean.

sometimes a second cold one in the early evening if i need to cool down quick or dont feel well

 

Shower twice a week, 3 or 4 times when it's very hot, but in the cooler months I prefer to bathe, once or twice a week with a shower once or twice on other days.

 

Not very often... Less now that the hot water heater is flaking out.

 

Once a day (morning), every day. More only if I don't feel good.

 

Showers have long been obsoleted by my crystals.

 

I never really sweat, thus never really have bad body odor, so I take like 3 a week. When I do shower I be in there for like 45 minutes to a hour and a half tho. lol.

 

I honestly shower way too often. Anywhere from 2-4 times a day. I love showers,mi love feeling clean. My skin excretes a lot of sweats and oils so it's great to clean that off and feel fresh again.

1-2 times daily. Showers are relaxing and I like to smell like a fresh flower

 

I really hate fooling with my hair so i usually take baths to avoid getting my hair wet. I usually take one a day although i do skip a day sometimes. I take a shower and wash my hair once a week.

washing my hair seems like such a chore
