How often do you shower?

I shower every time I jog. This morning, I sort of decided not to shower (gross, I know...). I just don't feel like it today. My balance is literally off this morning, and I feel crappy.

 

Looking at some of the post, there are some nasty ass people out there!

Yeah, I should. I used to drink 128 ounces every day. Lately, I'm lucky if it's half that.

 

Once a day during the winter and twice a day during the summer.

 

Daily shower is a must.

 

During the winter months I tend to shower less- every other day or so because of dry skin. It drives me crazy. During the summer months I shower way more often.

 

Generally once a day but in summer that can change and sometimes I shower twice-once in the morning and again before bed.

 

About 5 times a week sometimes more of needed

 

I shower twice every day in the summer, once a day in the winter.

 

Every single day…minimum.
Typically I always shower before work. 99% of the time I will shower before I go to bed as well.
Then there are some times when I shower in the morning, before going out in the evening, then when I get home home before bed.
Lots of showers.

I shower almost daily. I'm a railroader, so my job is pretty dirty by nature. I also work in the garage a lot on motorcycles, yard work, playing hockey, sex... Add all that in, and its typically daily, sometimes twice. Every once in a blue moon a day will go by that I dont need a shower

 

I take a bubble bath at least once a day.

The question is what lotion n soap do you use ....

Hmm I love a goat milk soap so silky and moisturizing ...I also use that dr bonners which at the moment I have peppermint my favorite and also almond

I have been using coconut oil for sometime now

I think whatever you put on your body should be edible too ...though I never did try tasting the soap only the lotion lol
