For me it's hard to say, I've been to a lot of countries, every year I go somewhere, but I'm primarily Eastern European and it's hard to answer that question, when I went to Russia last year, I was 18, and I didn't pay for women per say, but, kinda hard to explain, in Russia the way it works is you give the girl a present from the West, like, well there's a lot of things you can give, jeans, shoes, jewelry, ext I got laid quite a bit there, see it wasn't as much prostitution as it was, I'm Canadian, suck my dick....cause that IS how it works there, all the girls think they have a chance to get out of the hell hole that is Russia so they think if they fuck a westerner they might get a shot, lol.
