Men should ejaculate on a daily basis. For numerous health reasons. Either through sexual relaations with my gf or just good ole jacking. I feel I maintain a healthy sex life.

About 2-3 times a day on average so at least 14-21 times a week, sometimes more.

I think too much is when it starts to affect normal day to day behaviour and if I'm not careful I could be on that road.

 

On average I masturbate about 1 - 3 times a day, which I consider a perfectly normal amount.

I once calculated, on that basis, and even under-rating to account for future aging, roughly how much semen I (the average male) would be likely to produce in my lifetime, since sexual maturity, and it came to about 3 bathtubs full. If you think that's a bit over the top, do the maths for yourself. It's quite surprising.
