I’m an old fart, so what used to be multiple times each day every day in my youth has gradually diminished decade by decade, is now down to maybe once per week when I have the stamina to go more than once in a day. I have such fond memories of long ago routinely rubbing out four each day as a teen, down to three in my thirties (only two on days or nights I got laid), twice in my fifties. In my late sixties now, and nearly every day I’ll rub one out. Sometimes an hour or so later, I’ll feel moved to go again, but it takes a lot of stroking to score that second goal.

Same here. When I was younger I could rub out three plus loads a day if I wanted. Now at 50 the refractory period takes longer. I've changed to long sessions with edging for a few hours.
