    Hi!
Just because I am curious more than anything, how often do you safe your photos from your mobile to your actual computer, like a little backup, or do u don't care and let it on SD card or anything?
I just wonder because I have the feeling of collecting photos like there is no end, within one week its hundreds of them :/

Most of mine on my phone tend to be of my garden or of food for the what did you cook thread so I tend to transfer them to my laptop often. Those the I really do not want to ever lose, like of my kids I also transfer to an external harddrive.

I keep my phone fairly clean in case I ever lose it. :(

I use a "safe" app that's like a vault. So all my pics save to a vault that needs a passcode, finger print and number code. :)

No motherfucker can crack that shit.

Good thing. I can't even imagine what might happen if any of those garden or food pics fell into the wrong hands.

I save my photos from the smartphone from the PC when I buy a new smartphone... then I copy the files on the PC and also mostly on a bigger SD card. :artist:

And that isn't a very good idea because I shoot about 500 pictures every month and after two months it's really difficult to find the photos again. :dizzy2:

@ irminsul - what that app?
Nah, I tend to save them sometimes but just really sometimes to my SD card and then finally to my computer, but that always takes ages!

I know that I'm not irminsul, but perhaps I can help you, too... i've found this week on the Google Play Market a new app which called Rat Pack Challenge.

It's a game that helps in sorting out pictures... if you sort out the photos before saving them to the computer, this second process probably would last less time.

Usually I transfer all photos from the phone to my PC once or twice a month (and yes I take a lot of pictures). The only problem is that I never sort them out so I have thousands of unseen pics on my computer so far :(

@ tallend: Yes, it's very easy to handle this app... the only things that you have to are selecting the folder and then deciding what you want or should do with the pictures that the app shows you. You can keep, delete our put them in a cloud.

@ HackySackBoy: Oh yes, I've the same problem... I save my pictures on an external storage, but the PC needs a lot of time for loading them.

You mean the Challenge? It's a free app and I really enjoy sorting out my mobile photos with it. :chef:

My PC actually isn't slow, but it lasts same time to load a folder with thousands of pictures...
