How much spending money for a good time?

A commonly overlooked source for exchanging money is your local bank, most do it commission free.

 

Ill be in Amsterdam from April 11th early that morning until April 15th mid evening leaving for Rome and then from there a few days later to Paris. My bud and i are taking about a two week vacation and looking forward to Amsterdam more than the other two primarily so we can smoke and party a ton. Any great ideas or will anyone be there also? Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. Im taking 5000 USD and so is my bud for the whole trip flights already paid and hotels not but got amazing deals...prob wont spend more than 700 or 800 for all hotels in all places.
