Depends if you are also sexually active.
When I divorced, and lived alone for about a year, I masturbated probably 10 times a week. Both because I was alone, so I could do it whenever I wanted... and I wasn't having sex.
Now remarried, and (thank God) sexually active, I masturbate 2-3 times a week. I get home several hours before the wife, but still don't do it when I feel the urge because I want sex.
If you want to jerk off over sex (be honest) then you have a problem. Not necessarily YOU have a problem, only rather the sex in your marriage is less than satisfying.
