nope don't know what i'm going to be, but yea, the fat loss will be a help in terms of what i do dress up as and Carl, that would be incredibly tough for me to make
Welcome to my world. The only way I can lose weight now is if I drop my caloric intake down to 900 a day. I used to only eat 600 a day. I had to start eating a bit more when my hair started falling out.
The Health Department at my university released a statistic study which is printed in all student agendas that says: "1 in 4 college-aged women use unhealthy eating habits to maintain their weight -- including fasting, skipping meals, laxative abuse, and self-induced vomiting." It's pretty fair to assume there are a lot of women my age out there controlling their weight by such methods. Not that I judge people who weigh less, I just assume some people who I consider to be skinny to probably have some kind of eating issue, whether they restrict themselves to a vegetarian diet, vomit when I don't see them, whatever. Thing is, a lot of women lie about all these things. They'll lie right to your face. How often do you hear your girl friend say: "I had a really big breakfast. I'll be fine." How do you know she had a big breakfast, really? It's fair to assume that 1 in 4 women my age have some kind of eating issue. Being thin, trim and fit isn't a sure-fire way to determine that, but being skinny is an indicator of something. The word skinny implies there is nothing on the body but skin, okay. Nobody should be that thin no matter how healthy they eat or how their bodies metabolize themselves.
i suspect the study was biased in order to scare girls into eating healthy. not that eating disorders aren't a major problem, particularly with young women, but i doubt it's quite as bad as one in four.
This may be off topic, but I think your body shape is like... perfect. Mmmm... I like healthy looking women who don't look like they just escaped from Auschwitz.
Hahaha? What? That's total jokes. I owe you my life. You've saved my sanity many a times here. Oh yeah, and I want your exciting life.
You can argue that, sure. But it was to encourage awareness and direct women on campus to go to the W.I.N. (Women's Issues Network) for help.
Why thank you. I feel pretty thin and shapely most of the time. I think you have a nice body shape too.
