apparently you did at one point... unless you're just arguing canadian semantics with a non-canadian, which seems like petty nitpicking...
I am not posting my weight. I weigh a lot, always have whether I have been 'fat' or not. I was 4 sizes smaller the first time I met Andy, but I only weighed 20 pounds less. I used to exercise a lot, so now that I don't AT ALL I have fat over my muscles, bummer. Wish it bothered me enough to do something about it right now because I used to feel so good emotionaly.
exactly You say patato and I say you're a tard. Not literally of course, because we all know name calling is against the rules.
so now vegetarians have a damn eating disorder? lol... wow. this is absolutely incorrect. meal frequency has a lot to do with metabolism. of course, what you eat highly impacts metabolism, but frequency of eating DIRECTLY affects blood sugar control via insulin production, and thus affects hormonal balances, which definitely are a part of the metabolism process. the definition of metabolism: Metabolism is the set of chemical reactions that occur in living organisms in order to maintain life. that's from wiki, but you'll find it pretty much in any nutrition/anatomy &phisiology book too. metabolism is basically the process of utilizing food sources such as proteins, nucleic acids, etc. etc. to create simple sugars which the body uses as fuel. while WHAT you eat is highly important, as certain things take longer to break down, and causes your metabolic rate to increase, going long periods of time without eating, and then eating a large meal is going to cause serious issues with blood sugar regulation. and since metabolism is so closely tied in with blood sugar, being that the body's cells run off of sugar, it would make sense that something sending your blood sugar/insulin production out of whack would also send your metabolism out of whack. small meals made up of complex carbs (whole grains, etc), proteins, and lots of fresh fruits and veggies is the BEST way to boost your metabolism.
i completley agree with you and you are, IMO the healthiest looking member on the forums. You look like your health is coming from within, in addition to looking like your body is in rocken shape.
Around 80 kilos. I gained some much needed weight after I returned from my last travels - I only weighed 68 kilos back then. And being pretty tall that was way too little.
