How much 2c-e you need to dose?

That sounds like a pretty crazy trip man. It was very considerate of you to remain somewhat calm, so as to prevent your trippin buddy from having a bad trip. lol

My cousin didn't really go crazy and freak out too much. I knew he was scared to death though and having a horribly terrifying trip. At one point, all he wanted to do was go to sleep, so he grabbed a bottle of NyQuil and turned it up. WHen he started chugging the NyQuil, I knew it was a bad idea and immediately grabbed it away from him. After that, he kinda zoned out in a chair and started having body tremors.

lol There was only one good part of his trip, and that is when he was reclined in the chair and was actually able to relax a little bit. I remember him letting out a long sigh of relief and looking at me, then saying "dude.....I think my soul just busted a nut". hahaha

 

my first trip was on 12 mg. i felt it was the perfect amount, although i could have taken more. my favorite dose is ~17 mg

 

My favorite dose was 15mg sublingually. It was far better than higher doses swallowed in a gelcap, and was one of the most glowing trips I've ever head! Beautiful.

 

That's strange, imo. The lower doses have always seemed like teases to me. Higher doses have been amazing though.

 

I'd say a line cut and flattened down to something as thick as 2 toothpicks next to each other and about 33% of the size of the usual tooth pick is whats good for me (snorted of course). I'm a pretty bad eye baller. I find that I either microdose or overdose on 2C-E, not that I mind either result. Lol. Microdosing is like getting launched into a state of perpetual bliss and the inability to stop laughing, overdosing, you feel like you got a free trip through an actual black hole, all the light in the room begins to stretch and twirl into vortexes while everything that is being stretched into the vortex is springing out into translucent geometric patterns all over the place. 2C-E is fucking it. Lol

Yeah, the dose-curve response with the 2c's is so different for everyone. I have only done 2c-e a handful of times and I've heard of all kinds of dosages from everyone I've talked to. I'm a lot more experienced with 2c-i and my usual dose was 15-25mg, but I swear some days my brain/body chemistry just wasn't in tune with it. Sometimes 17 would blow me away, other times I was bored and fell asleep on 20... these doses were all from the same 1g batch and were all precisely weighed out so I know it wasn't the product. Very strange indeed..

 

God dang, I've been having that thought for a while now... I never really explained it on here or to any of my friends... but how hard you trip on this 2C-E is NOT 100% dose dependent! [Though I'd imagine they're related a bit...]

 

Ha! yeah, isn't that crazy shit. I never really found much info about it, but I knew it was definitely happening to me. I do have reason to suspect SSRI interaction though. I've been on SSRI antideps for the past 2.5 years or so and it definitely does something to the way alcohol affects me, to say the least. I haven't used any 2C's in 5-6 years so I can't say how my current meds would interact with them, but I did happen to be on a different SSRI around the period of time I tripped regularly.

Could be anything though, who knows.

i do agree though that it's not all dependent on dose. i've seem to trip harder from lower doses. stomach contents and who knows what else seems to affect it. it can be pretty unpredictable

 

I've had quite a wide range of doses on 2C-E, my first few trips were between 10 and 15mg and blew my mind clear out of the cosmos!! This is one to start low with, i think. It's incredibly deep and multi-faceted. Every trip I've had I've seen a different side of this substance, definitely unpredectable, not to mention strong! Love this one!

 

You may have already tripped at this point but I did 20mgs my first time. I didn't have a bad trip or felt like I was out of control or anything but I was not expecting such pronounced stomach cramps. Visual wise for me though 20 mgs was probably comparable to about 3 hits of LSD, but with a very clear head. The shulgin comment "it's a difficult and worthwhile experience" pretty much perfectly described it.

If you are tripping solo or with a partner or two I think this is a good dose, if you are just planning to chill and trip. If you are planning to go out or do anything I recommend a bit lower of a dose.

 

I keep reading this from you and others... I'm thinking if I ever get the chance to take this with someone new to it I'll try a lesser dose to see.

I've heard from others that they just didn't trip hard the first time or two they took it, and then for whatever reason just tripped harder than ever.

Interesting stuff to think about.

 

i don't think it's THAT drastic of an effect. i've just noticed it as i've become more familiar with 2ce. 15 mg may have had me tripping harder than 17 mg a different time, but it was THAT much harder
