apart from a couple girlscout cookies, all i've eaten today is sandwiches. for lunch/breakfast (first meal, around 12:30 or so) i had subway....6" turkey breast, lettuce, honey mustard, tomatoe, onion, pepper jack on wheat for dinner/lunch (around 7:30) i had a sandwich made of tomatoes, some kind of small red lettuce, havarti cheese, guldens mustard, and dill pickle relish on dark rye now i'm making my supper/late night snack...a grilled cheese sandwich with havarti on dark rye with some tomato slices, made on the foreman grill with olive oil yum sandwiches are one of the worlds most worthwhile inventions... i was disappointed with subway, but it was better than my other options (mcdonalds, wendy's, kfc, long john silvers, bob evans, waffle house, taco bell, and burger king)
i grabbed a large roast beef (used to be a big montana) from arby's on the way home from work at around 8... that was today's only sandwich
Peanut butter and honey. Being enjoyed at the moment. Oh, and a chicken sandwich from Bob Evans for a nice 11 Am hangover breakfast.
i'm so glad someone else gets to experience that joy! i took so much shit for eating pb and honey back in the day... never did convince anyone to actually try it before bashing it
pb&J wit some soup is awesome. but my best is a vaguely sour bread, toasted, with mayo & mustard, mrs dash original (don't mock). havarti, black forest ham, spinach, tomato and green pepers. i don't get to eat ham much anymore, but it's a damned fine sammich. you should also try pb&grapeJ on black rye. seriously. unexpectedly awesome.
you kidding me? pb&h is the shit. gotta put way less honey on there than you would jelly, though, since honey is so much sweeter than jelly. the best though is toast with peanut butter on it with honey drizzled on top
Piaf makes great sandwiches. You should all ask her for sandwich advice in advance of your sandwich eating in the future.
and i like mine, i dont want anyone's advice on sandwiches unless their taste is similar to mine. as much as i expect KC likes her own sandwiches, i hate ham and i despise mayo far more....with every fiber of my being.... she can enjoy her sandwiches, but i'd fucking hate them with a passion i'm sure. and she might not like mine, i dunno. what she does have going is the havarti, though so i won't ask piafs advice..........i trust me when it comes to food!
