I've been attending and working out at a boxing gym 4 to 5 days a week. Sometimes I miss that 5th day due to a support group.

The boxing Coach runs the show from 630pm (on the dot) to about 730pm ( or whenever we get our abs done). He's militant, strict, demanding, unrelenting and the whole class loves him for it. He pushes us to our limits every class.

    Jump roping 3 rounds = 9 min.
    Heavy bags 3 rounds = 9min
15 Push ups in between rounds= 1 min
    Lots of burpies
    Lots of mountain climbers
    Lots of kick squat thrusts
Focus pad training with partners 3 rounds each trade off and switch 18 min.

The rest of the time is a few water breaks and equipment changeovers.

We finish with a gruelling abs work out that is different from day to day periodically.

It's the best money I've spent in a long time. Where else could i get personal training on this level for about $4 bucks a workout. I say this to myself almost everytime I leave to go home.

What can I say , I'm addicted to punishment?
Or is it I'm a glutton for punishment?
I don't know, but I love it either way.

I hop on the cybex arctrainer twice a day with a few exceptions... Certain days I only go once. I workout on that machine for 21 or so minutes in the morning, and 15 or so minutes in the afternoon. :sunglasses:

    This is a cybex arctrainer.

I work arms day 1, core day 2, legs day 3, rest day 4. I stretch every day and practice martial arts twice a week.
    Wash rinse repeat

I formally work out 3-4 days a week, and remain active every day (long walk, usually). I almost never have a "nothing" day.

I normally work out a minimum of 4 times a week normally 5 but sometimes 6. I tend to monitor my weight on a weekly basis as I don't want/need to lose any more. I work out for just under an hour and with working out from home ,and normally changed and showered in time for the evening meal . A lot of the working out is based around the core and therefore where once I had a beer belly , now I have pronounced Abs.

New Year's resolution is in full effect and I love it. Slabs of beef are growing and cutting up.

Working out 2 times a day (when absolutely possible)
7 days a week (when absolutely possible)

Jump roping and weightlifting at home in the morning. 1hour 15min M-F
Both Saturday Sunday morning and early afternoon

    Then

    Boxing class in the evening.
    1 hour 15min M-F

    Off topic:

When I wake up from bed(nap) time, my pjs are sweaty. This has been ongoing in the last week. I'm not fighting any sickness.

Just wondering if it has to do with my work regimen. Or something else happening to me. Some kinda cocooning or metamorphosis?

    Look out Eric!
    Sparring with you soon bro

    I've jogged once.

But I've done beer curls at least 7 times.

Just maybe your doing too much . Perhaps you need to build it up slowly . I started off just doing 200 Ab crushes and now do over 1000 in one session. Your body should tell you if you need to ease off a bit.

Heavy weights in the 6-8 rep range for all body parts, three times a week. I'm no good at cardio I puff like an old train. So I just lift weights. Love it.
