ya see, im just wantin ta compare my progess to the average hipforumer. i can to 70 now, which im pretty proud of, cause my best friend cant even do one..and she does look pretty fit.

No not at all, I am usually doing nothing and therefor my condition is going downhill in a speedingly fast tempo.
If you mean "push-ups" then it's 45 when I was in great shape. Today, I can do a lot when going down, going back up is the problem...
50 per minute, and I can go in that rate for 5 minutes, then for the next 25 minutes, i begin to slow down graduatly.
is a press up a pull up with your hands on the other side or something? Well whatever i can do like 5-10 pull ups... Im not that heavy and not that strong sooo i could care less.
i can do 45 if i go all the way to the floor if i go almost all the way to the floor i can do 95, but not everyday - sometimes its lower

oo, i was thinking you meant push-ups, and in that case, i could do about 10 but for sit ups, i have no idea. hmmm. i guess i'll go try. about 30 in a minute... i'm out of shape :S
