Never, but I lived in DR all of my life. Nobody gets caught there :tongue:

 

Never been caught. I never had to worry about it either living in Canada.
I find quite a lot of people smoke in public here too. Haha, its pretty sweet.

I haven't been caught yet and I've been smoking for like 3 months haha so I guess I have a long ways to go! I've already had a couple close calls though!

There was one time when I was in my car with my buddies, just tokin in the parking lot at like midnight. About halfway through the first bowl, I see a car outside and don't really think anything of it, but then this huge flashlight shines on my car! It was a cop! I was freaking out and I ducked under the dashboard. He was shining a really bright flashlight from his car into mine because I guess I left my parking lights on (so fucking dumb). Nothing ended up happening though so I got really lucky! That was like the 2nd time I ever smoked too!

 

Ive been smoking for only about 4 years and I carry every weekend,
and one time I almost got caught at the beach. It was New Years and I was smoking under the walkway to get onto the actual beach with two friends, and we had to make a sparkie (ugh i hate them) and just as soon as the cherry fell out...a cop jumped off the walkway (being a supercop !) and landed next to us.
He asked what we were up to and took out his flashlight. We were only buzzed so we acted straight as fuck. Of course he flashed the light in my eyes and im trying to keep them open like a crackhead, and we were just like 'nah nothings happening were just chillin.' Hes like 'what are yall passin around?' I live in florida by the way, hence the coppers accent. And I was just saying we were passing a cigarette. Did I mention the bag of pot was in my hand as I was talking to him ?! He didnt even notice. I even asked him to search me if he wanted. He didnt. He just started walking up the steps getting sand all over us with his fucking boots.

It was kind of funny. Something to tell your grandkids, ya know ? haha

 

in 1986 my friends and i had our shrooms "confiscated" by a Park ranger in Goblin Valley, Utah who let us keep our weed and told us to have a very nice weekend. does that count?

 

i got arrested for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling (F), criminal mischief (F), and petty theft (M), but never for weed. i've been really close before but i always find a way out of it :]

 

I live in an area well known for pot growing and hippie communes, so once a year or so the feds fly helicopters overhead looking. If they see a crop of more than 4 or 5 plants they'll go take it away. Few people actually get busted though because they're all in the bush/state forest so there's no way to prove ownership. One friend of mine got busted with two huge plant by her back door ( the feds said they looked like more from the air). She's on a good behaviour bond for an earlier possession/cultivation charge but still got out of it with only a $500 fine which she can pay off at, like five bucks a week. The local cops try not bug people after dark around here so that they don't have to deal with smokers because they say it's just too much paperwork! Finally, i have a mate who's a cop and he reckons that here in the good ol land of Oz, it will be decriminalised within about 5 years!

 

Most likley he took the shrooms because you can't take vegetation out of national parks or protected areas. Unless the ranger was just more into mushies than weed...?

 

Never been caught by cops ever, parents would of never known either if it wasnt for my older bro ratting me out. Ironic thing was he used to be a pothead 10x worse then me even dropped outta school...weird.

 

I have never been caught but most of my friends were caught, some of them few times. My friend was caught few months ago with large amount of shit and some grass, and also with a plant in his apartment. He is now waiting for trial, but they told him already that he can get 3-5 years in prison. Anyway he is already in "prison" because his father is really insane and also many people here thinks that he has reveiled some "secrets" in police station, so he almost never goes out of his apartment now. Other friend was caught few weeks ago with 40 g of speed, he is waiting for trial in prison, and he can get 3-10 years in prison.

 

I havnt been caught yet but my parents are suspisious now....fuckin snitches

 

I've not been caught by parents or police. Touch wood. I'll either smoke it where I brought it (normally a stoner house) or at my boyfriends. If I'm taking it somewhere it gets buried in a huge bag. If occationally it's something stronger than weed, I'll put it in my stash tin plug. No one things to look in the earring!

My boyfriend has been smoking for probably about 20 years and he's never been caught. We both shit bricks once, they were doing stop and search and we had a LOT on us. Most of it was other peoples. We weren't stopped.

never been cought (knocks on wood) but came really close one time but the cop was so cool he went back and found my roach on the ground and everthing and could have easily taken us all in but was cool as shit he was liek should i take these kids in and rewin the thanksgiving holiday(talking to the other officer and it was the night before thanksgiving) and he was like no i wont get out of here you guys i was so happy since then i have been alot more careful

 

hehe, ive only ever been caught by my mum once, my friends and i usually smoke in the upper floor stairwell of my appartment, well the super (while we were in the middle of a sesh) yells from the 5th floor upward "get out!" and as stoned and paranoid as we were we ran but we still had a lit bowl, we took refuge in the elevator and try to finish the bowl on the way down bue just as we hit floor#1 my mum walked in. and all she said is 'beka, you reek of pot" but thats the only time ive been caught

 

Never been caught by the pigs. From my experience, where i live at least, the cops are ignorant. Usually when i'm out for a drive and i toke i pass at least one or two cop cars while i'm takin a hit and they just don't notice. I've only been pulled over once, and i didn't have any weed or pariphenalia with me.

 

once i was drunk as fuck and got into a fight while had weed on me. cops jus put me and this guy in jail for the night and i got out in the morning. When I got back to my room I checked in my back pocket and completely forgot that I had a bunch of weed on me. LOL cops didnt even search me at all... they jus put me and the guy in the back of the car n drove us to the station and just put us into our cells. Let us out in the moring because we were part of the college n shit.

pretty lucky but i think i didnt freak out or anythign cuz i forgot completely about the weed on me..

 

been arrested but never for weed.
