I have a car and a truck... No... You can't borrow one of them. Also, just because I have a truck, I will not help you move.
Speed is problem with bike. It takes a long time for me to go long kilometres. Plus, I cannot go up in the elevation with bike either. I go in walking speed, plus very tiring. It gives so much pain to ride to a higher elevated place as the road is always going up continiously
bike is faster then walking, though it takes the same amount of energy over the same period of time, you just go about three times as far in the same time, that is, unless its all uphill, in which case might as well just walk and not have to hastle with the bike. now two wheels with an electric motor and a battery might be fun. but at any rate, living in a city with a bus system, my weekly senior discounted bus ticket is all i need. if i had a car i wouldn't have to live in a city, and that would be cool, because i grew up in smaller, even simi-wilderness kind of places, i'd like that, but fate, economics, current world situation, whatever you want to call it, i'm stuck in this town where i am, and being here, and it has a bus, so i don't need the hassle of a car, and really for the environment, cars just don't belong in cities anyway.
Can you go up continiously with no break? There is a near by ski resort and it is impossible for me to go up continiously for 15 kilometres. I wish I could go up with a car so that I would ride the bike all the way down.
Up for 15km with no break depends on how steep it is. When I first got my bike I couldn't do a gentle slope for even 2km without being out of breath. Fitness is one of the most rewarding things to develop.
truck, boat, bicycle, kayak. i've been meaning to get a longboard but it's winter so it dropped out of my priority list.
I tried ice skating and low and behold... my ankles wouldn't do it! My feet kept tilting over! It was sorta miserable, but I'll never forget that I tried it out. This was in 1994 or so (when Forrest Gump came out because I remember we watched that movie the same day). And crampons! climbing Everest are we? lol. I'm kidding. That's cool to have things to do out of doors.
