I think I like all alcohol, champagne or sparkling wine is my favourite though. then there's my signature drink, baileys on the rocks with frangelico. sometimes i add a tiny bit of milk too. mmmmmmm. that's sounds kind of depressing man, how long have you been married?
No, it's not depressing. It was depressing decades ago. Now it's just life in the big city. I've been through too much mind-numbing for it to matter now. You don't want to know. Long story short: I abandoned all hopes of having a normal romantic life with a normal woman eons ago. The way I saw it, I made my choices long ago, for better, or for worse. Many times it was a matter of one bad situation vs. another. You have to balance the outcome when you've got young'uns. Main lesson: Don't look for a mate within the confines of a religious cult. obnoxious drunk people annoy me.... if they don't, then there's a chance i might be the obnoxious drunk of the evening.
I've been kinda drunk once in the past six months, and that was at home. And like HHB, drunk people don't bother me, stupid drunk people bother me. No bars for six months, and I work or get stoned at night.
I love drunks if they're not angry and moody... but I'm not a teatotaller... I don't avoid bars per se, but I don't frequent anymore either since it's much cheaper to drink at home...
Drinking and getting drunk has completely lost its appeal to me. It was fun to go to bars with fake IDs when I was under 18, it was fun to party with friends and get drunk all day and night back in my uni days.. Now though, I can't even remember the last time I was actually drunk. A pint of beer in a pub or a few cocktails once every few months has been more than enough since drinking just doesn't do anything for me anymore. Well, except for a killer headache..
