rent, gas, power, water, cell phone, old hospital bill, daycare. I dont do credit cards and I've always paid for cars in cash - this will probably screw me if I ever want to get a mortgage but I'm happy I'm not drowning in debt.
because it is needed to run the website.....that is why you have an option to donate and become a member ...one that people might regard
insurance rent electricity furnace oil phone internet cell phone sat television those ones I cant get out of.....others are optional
What seems to be the real trick is to manage how high those bills are. Phone bills seem a good example: mine doesn't get above €10 a month, but I notice lots of other people easily get a €100 phone bill every month!
atm 450/mo rent + ~200/groc and incidentals. not exactly "williams" as such. but living expenses. 650 out, 950 in, my bank should increase by 300 for each mo i make no major purchases or other expenses. its closer to only 200 actually. i live in a shared house, with really good housemates. but they're selling, which means i'll be moving, sometime in the next couple of months. not something i'm looking forward to, but i would like to live where i have my own kitchen. finding a place i can afford that will let me move in (i haven't used credit most of my life, don't own a car nor a cell phone) is a little scarry and discouraging. there are plenty of places coming available all the time in the 500-600 range, i've lived where i live for more then a couple of years, never defaulted on a debt in my life. but so many places seem to think your a bum if you refuse to have a car, cell, or use credit. if there wasn't that bullshit to hassle with, well life would be a lot simpler, and i know i could have done a lot more of the kinds of things i would have liked to.
Rent + utilities Car insurance twice per year Cell phone Credit card (I have one I use only as necessary)
Car payment, car insurance, mortgage, mortgage insurance, daycare, student loans, cell phone, Internet, DirecTV, credit cards (paid off monthly), ultilities....I think that's it.
Yeah. I pay less than €4 per month for my phone sub. I also use less electricity than some of my colleagues, whose houses are half the size of mine. Making small adjustments has a large impact in the long term. My bills .. Electricity, phone, insurance, internet, mortgage, water/utilities, garbage collection. I am also a highly aware consumer. I swap providers regularly to take advantage of good offers. Right now I have FREE electricity until june 1st, at which point I am switching providers to another one that offers free electricity from june 1st until august 1st. Competition in most markets has become so ridiculous, there are large amounts of money to be saved by paying attention.
