Excluding weddings/funerals, it's been over a decade for me. I may go to one this Sunday if works closed tommorow because of snow. Not because I'll be grateful... I made a bet. It'll be sorta interesting to see it again. Almost worth my sleeping late.
I think mass might have been the last service I went to...I was 14. I don't know, though, I was 14 the last time I went to any church, I think.
I went to church with laura on Christmas eve to praise our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. we both attended a private episcopal highschool and had chapel every day, so we used to repent our sins with prayer pretty regularly.
Not long enough. I was in a relationship with a chick who's family was Lutheran...I'd go to Easter and Christmas services with them. This was...four or five years ago. Before that...sometime in the early 80's?
excluding weddings funerals and baptisms....probably 25 years ...except for about two years ago I brought an old friend to her church..but they spoke Ukrainian so I had no idea what was going on
i sang in a band on christmas eve, i like the musicians. i really don't like church, though. this was mostly music, and the "sermon" was a pretty sick video full of world statistics.
My parents wanted me to go to this christmas play at their church this past year, so I did just to humor them. But that wasn't really church. I'd say, honestly, it's been about 6 or 7 years since I went to a real church service. I quit when I was around 15.
I can't get near a church. I start shaking and convulsing and then smoke comes out of my ears and then I burst into flames. Kinda of a drag, but what do ya do?
churches seriously creep me out. The last time i went to a church, it was abandoned and I went with my cousin and some friends to explore the remains. and that was about 9 months ago. thats the closest I can remember entering a church. *edit* yes, blue has found the fountain of youth, but wont tell where it is.... pretty girl!
You're lovely! You make the sun look like a pale dim speck, you're so radiant. I mean wow.
over a year... but it was/is a very cool "church".. omnifaith.. that means you can believe anything and go.. they mostly preached love and oneness. i still visit the website and read their affirmations. http://www.innerlightministries.com/
it's been a while since i've been to church, the last time i went i took my daughter to an easter egg hunt provided by the church, it was just something for kids, there was no preaching going along with it.
I quit going to church about 5 years ago. although I had a dream last week that I was back at church with my parents and I told them I had to use the bathroom and went and wandered around like I used to when I was younger, only this time I went outside and smoked a bowl.
