my husband's asleep before his head hits the pillow, for sure. But not me, for some reason. I'm a bit of a night owl... I go to bed but I stay up for an hour at least, just reading.
There's plenty of nights I can't sleep at all so I just have to stay awake. I hate it when that happens, and it happens more and more often. It's one of the reasons that those evenings that I don't have weed, I drink a few beers (extra). Even that doesn't always help. But I don't want any pills, especially not after what WalkTheSky said, I'm susceptible to depression enough as it is...
I put less than an hour but thats most of the time; sometimes I crash right away and sometimes I can't fall asleep at all. I guess it depends on how much my little baby poopie monster fights her sleep
i dont sleep i have extreme insomnia i just cannot fall asleep at night i can in the day but not at night fuck corporate america!
I had a roommate that told me he'd never seen a person put his head on the pillow and snore at the same time! In fact I can only remember one time time in my life I laid down and and couldn't go to sleep right away and that was 45 years ago.
I always have trouble falling asleep, unless I'm high or dead tired (and often even then). I love to sleep though. I have to chill first. Usually unless I lay in front of the tube for at least an hour quietly I can't get to sleep. So I voted less than an hour.
it really depends what i did that day: if i went to school i crash. on the weekends if i just chilled at home all day it takes a while.
Recently, I have had an absence from work. I have let my body clock tick over until I was that tired that I dropped off naturally - seemed like a good idea at the time but now, my sleep pattern has become so inconsistent that I am only getting 4 hours sleep per night/day. Goodness knows when I'll be able to drop....... < Peace + Love ~ Save the Planet >
