I'm a bisexual man and although I hardly ever feel like being with a woman when I'm in a long term relationship with a man, I do start getting the urge to be with a man when I'm in a relationship with a woman.

I just wanted to ask if any other bisexual men have this issue. If so, how long into your relationship with a woman do these feelings arise? And when they do, how do you handle them. Do you act out on them, or just bury them within you? or something else. Also, what kind of urges are they - sexual, emotional or both?

For me, it gets very frustrating. I do love the woman I'm with at the time but it's just not on the same level as it could be with a man, especially sexually (and mostly at times emotionally).

On a side-note, I'm not out to anyone in my life. I guess that's why it's easier being with a woman. I'm approaching 30 and I've always been scared to come out as I know that most of my my family and friends would not accept it, whilst the rest would frown upon it.
