Continued:IRS=gone.Individuals will receive a one line postcard----"How much did you make from all sources?( except social security).Send 10% to the government.--Medicare=expanded to meet needs of all citizens.Hospitals to be owned by government and will be non-profit.---In other words, anything concerning healthcare will fall under the credo"we're all in this together. No more "i've got mine --the hell with you-get your own".If other countries can get this together--we can examine their systems and use the best of what they have and IMPROVE ours to be the best.Healthcare=life itself -cannot be doled out piecemeal any more in a country like ours.Insurance companies create nothing .They just handle money and take plenty of same for themselves and should go the way of eight track tapes.Should end the arbitrary decisions as to who gets care or not.Create a department of peace to employ DIPLOMATS to speak to all countries,in turn,to get others ideas about how to improve the quality of life for all nations.Recalcitrant, brutal dictators around the world will be put on notice that they will be deposed by forces from many, many nations.Sadly, necessary military action--overwhelming military action by a large coalition will get the job done .No more jackin' around as in Somalia, ect. We must get humankind out of the dark ages and education must be as important as healthcare.------------Areas of the world that are primitive must be designated as living parks and will be off limits to logging or other exploitive endeavers.--------(work again--roof leaks galore.Well,it's Oregon.)

Think of the SAVINGS in time, sweat, tears, paperwork and MONEY without INSURANCE COMPANIES and the IRS!

Those two things are the BANE of nearly every American. Heck even REPUBLICANS hate the IRS. Remove those two things from American society and we will have FAR MORE MONEY to spend, FAR MORE TIME on our hands, and far fewer HEADACHES! :)

Again:education must not depend on money. All who qualify must be able to go as far as they can.Med schools must NOT restrict the amount of potential doctors as they do now.Doctors ,nurses, ect must be paid well, and records of all results of their interaction with patients, especially results of operations and prescriptions written, must be available on the internet, using code to keep patient confidentiality.Employers will be fined enough to matter, when using people from any country that don't play by the rules.(as far as jobs americans won't do,such as farmwork--of course they won't do them. They pay chickenshit wages.I KNOW how the farmers live.I've worked on their roofing and grew up in the so-called "breadbasket of america.I know.--------------------The law=that by which we deem ourselves a civilized society.Socialised!Everyone, even the lowest of the low deserve to be represented as much as anyone. That is,if we are truly civilized.Greedy lawyers will,of course need decent money to practice. Results of their actions must be monitered closely to insure a level "playing field"throughout the system.----------------Start a national lottery to be provided in all states, the prizes to be split at 2 mil tops.If it goes to 20 mil,10 people win--100 mil,50 people win.Excess money to used as needed in general fund.Maybe to start repairing our crumbling infra-structure?Pave and use freeway medians as bike-walking paths on ALL freeways in the nation ,with shelters, campsites every 20 miles or so.It has been said that there are 3 areas in the US that could supply ALL our electrical wants with solar farms.Texas, one of the Dakotas and another state in the north.-------All veternarians will serve a one year duty period spaying and neutering cats and dogs,to be paid during that period out of the general fund.We must stop the killing of millions of innocent little creatures that only want to be loved and appreciated. If anything is a "sin",this is.-----------will return.

These suggestions are framed within the capitalist system with obviously some socialism.Unless the system somehow helps to build up the middle class again and the criminals of the last several years pay for their crimes,we're going to keep spiraling into fascism---and all bets are off.

this is, and has been, ever since at least as far back as the election of raygun back in 80, my own observation as well.

we haven't had a president in the u.s. who gave a shit about the oath of office or took in honestly and seriously since carter. if anything, i believe kennidy and carter to be the only ones elected within my lifetime who did.

(trueman might have, but i was born in may of 48, and wasn't too awaire of such things until i was about 5 or 6)

i could be mistaken but i don't think bush is any more then a lightning rod and poster boy for the real leaders of neofashism, who might be cheny, rumsfield and rove, or even more shadowy figures whose identity we might never know. nor, the corporate crime mechanism, being such an appearantly automatic and self directing (and all usurping) thing, that it may not even have or need leaders.

but a rich-poor dichotomy, to a people who remember having and being a strong and dominant middle class, is certainly a potential powder keg.

i refuse to cheer lead for violence because that too, tend to create more harm then good. but a point of crittical mass can sometimes be reached, as it has repetedly in human history, where the harm of doing nothing does become as great or greater.

i don't know where or when or if we'll cross that threshold. whether we may already have or not. whether we will somehow haul ourselves back from the brink of it instead if we have not.

i do know the no idiology can ever be counted upon to prevent tyranny, or even not to contribute to and be used to justify it.

i think the best revolution starts small and quiet everywhere at the same time. that it is deniably coordinated and has a clear objective as to what sort of agenda to adopt should it succeed. one that is clearly and logically thought out to prevent itself from merely, sooner or later becoming what it sought to remove.

The average wage of working people in the US should be determined, indexed and legislators should be paid that average.Would they not try to bring the average up,in turn raising their own wages?Might lead to what is referred to as "fortress america".S'ok with me.And money out of elections.

i don't think that the government has much to do with it. It is the capitalistic mindset that has created a society of wage slaves. A society where no on is happy- they only want more. Once people realize that capitalism is against the well being of the individual they will rise up against it.

The government has everything to do with it.The legislators can pass any law they want. They can stack the judicial branch with right wing or left wing people and they can over-ride the vetoes of the president. They can start wars, the draft, regulate business, ect, ect. The question might be--what does it take for the populace to get fed up with the actions of their government and do what the constitution(in the USA)or whatever document pertains to elsewhere, says is not only our right but our duty.Is the government serving the needs of it's citizens?

Is it really that bad?So your president lied is that something new to americans?Do you still honestly have freedom of speech?religion?press?assembly association and petition?
If not, remember these freedoms disappeared on your watch and as long as you piss and moan you might as well wait for some group with the balls to bail you out.
