how it was

  1. I don’t wanna remember this…
as sweet smells and kisses in the shadowy depth of a heart
    now awakened
    painful motion against the grain
such sway and control in these heedless movements
this earthen awareness no longer suppressed
dripping with aftertaste in the stillness of a heartbeat
as quiet caresses injure a soul
trying in vain to feel free beneath the weight of reckless abandon
No longer empty, no longer whole
tasting the exotic scent of your appeal
    all in a moment
savoring the knowledge of your body in a mind
    Without cause
fingers fled and drew away to spark the image of a mountain
    climbing towards the top…
    no escape tonight
    tired contempt for those unspent
    and these unconditioned promises
short resistance to a tenacious touch
    aching from predisposed misuse
    guiding the unknown forward
    without sight
to dwell upon fallen angels with darkened eyes
    searching for the key.
    desires abandoned and selfs relinquished
    leaving me more alone
    than I had seemed
    by moonlight

Very passionate. Dripping with sexual overtones. Sounds like you're out of breath!

    really sensual, elegant.

    My fav images are:
"fingers fled and drew away to spark the image of a mountain
    climbing towards the top…"

    "tired contempt for those unspent"
".. fallen angels with darkened eyes"
  4. actually, this poem was about losing my virginity, and how it was for me.
