we lived five miles outside of town and he walked to work and back everyday. on his week ends, he and i would typically walk twice that. my mom watched television all day, weighed 90 pounds soaking wet, and never GAINED an ounce, no matter how much she ate, until after menopause. and THEN "fat" for her, was like 125 lbs.

So he ate too much food if he is not a real sick person. I think he was eating too much. He was taking too much calories.

I was at normal weight until the age 18, so what? I was staying with my father and eat less food there. After the age 18, I started living with my mother and I gained weight, I became a first class obese ( BMI 30). Don't tell me being at normal weight is a difficult thing. Being a skinny fat is quite an easy thing but gaining muscle is so much more difficult compared to losing weight. Lower the calories you take and walk, run. Don't eat such things like desert and dont drink alcohol. Drinking alcohol stops the burning fat in your body. Take less calories, if not enough, then keep lowering the calories you take and do more walking and running.

No, you can never decide for someone else about anything, or force anything, either.
Speak for yourself has always been my motto....^

If the person is not sick, I can speak for him or her. As I said, if the person is not sick. It is not because losing is difficult, it is because the person who tries to lose weight is a sick person. You know what sick means? For people who are not sick, it is easy to lose weight. And one more thing, 99 fat people out of 100 people are not sick.

I do speak for those who do not have their own voice...animals, always, for instance.....if someone is sick, then they have to give me some sort of a green light. I cannot speak for them, if they still have their own voice.....really.
I can speak up for people, though.

trolololo's are so dense dense dense dense dense.
what part of difficulty (of anything for that matter) being DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE is THAT hard to understand?
do trolls imagine humans are stamped out identically on some sort of machine?

no two lab rats are identical, and they're bred to be. why would anyone with more then half a brain expect anything to be more then randomly likely to work the same way for any two random humans?

By the way this is my second time I lost weight. I had losted weight when I was 22 but stopped doing cardio and drank alcohol, I gained back the weight I had lost. This is my second time I lost weight. If you are careful, you stay at the weight you lost, when you stop being careful, you gain back the weight you had lost. This can go on. Lose weight gain weight, lose weight, gain weight, lose weight, gain weight.

    yes exercise is good,
    yes eating dicipline is good.
but life is NOT LINEARLY predictive.
it just doesn't work that way.
that is why generalizations, and i know we all make them, that's one itself,
more often then not, turn out to be oxymoronic.

There is easier and more difficult things. Losing weight is the easier one but having a sexy muscular body is the more difficult one. You don't have a sexy body when you are at normal weight, you just become a skinny fat man. Get it? Having a nice muscular body is much more difficult than being skinny fat. Can you get it? I don't see being skinny fat as a succsess but achieving a sexy muscular body with a low body fat percentage. This is what is much more difficult. Can you understand what I say?

Not everyone I love in life has the most perfect body or face or exterior.....they have something within them that draws me to them or not.

What is much more difficult is to get this man's body
    [IMG]

And this is my body, which is easier to get.

Nothing, but how does he sound when he speaks...not the sound of his voice, but what he says...is he shallow? then I am not interested,.,......On first glance, yeah, sure, he is perfect....and if you are not happy with your body....you can achieve that physique to be happy with your body if you put in the work.
