I drive a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD 4x4 w/ a Duramax diesel today. But I'm heading out of town to check out the Impala SS right now...

Nobody is willing to trade an SUV for it.

It's 22k (talked down to 20 because of gas, plus trading in the Lincoln), new the HD is 42k... plus I broke my ankle and quit my jobs, so I'm trying to do landscaping and a bunch of handyman work here and there and haul a bunch of equipment on trailers. I can get money back from the government on it and say it's for the business.

Nah, Silverado Heavy Duty Crew Cab... has more leaf springs and a 6.6 liter turbocharged duramax diesel, Allison transmission (like the M1 Abrams tank). Belonged to a construction company owner who bought a Dale Earnhardt model Silverado SS instead. It was just his truck he used to tow his boat and drive outside of work.

Hah, the Pontiac GTO was really nice--all 400hp of it, but I can't afford the insurance and financing on that and it's not like I need anything like that anyway. My dad was the one who wanted the Impala SS in the first place. :D

    Entrepreneur.

Thanks. Aha, I broke my ankle in a fire drill.. everyone was trying to put their clothes on in the locker room and we had to get out because they've had plenty of bomb threats lately.

Otherwise, I was able to be out mulching gardens the first couple weeks I broke it. Gotta get the money while it's around and Spring is gardening/landscaping season. Contracts with strip malls and stores are always the best, but I can go over to Kingsmill Golf Course/Resort in Williamsburg and make two dollars a minute mowing one acre mansions. The president plays golf there...

Perhaps his dad didn't care for sushi.
