what does rolling balls mean?

 

u know, my brother's girlfriend gave me a package of golf balls...to put one in each sock of ur foot, and then message and roll the foot wth the golf ball while sitting down. Since there are nerve endings at the bottom of your feet this is supposed to be good for one as a therapy to help all parts oof the body. I have not tried it yet, though.

Anyone tried methoxyphenidine....it's a dissociative but I'm scared to try it cuz I've heard people say they had effects for like a week.

I've had dust send me on 3 day trips, gone for a whole weekend but I can't be gone a whole week unless I can function like that.
