How good is smoking oxy??

Sorry that you have been misinformed from all these postings. First please make note*this only informational* Yes smoking is the best way it even gets you higher than smoking H... Its the only pill that u can smoke(and i have tried and done research) (it burns just like H, it basically is just cleaner) and the best way is described in begining of posting... Smoking hasnt made mainstream in most states yet... but im sure FL has, Im on Wst Cst and thats the only way people do them up here now! Thousands, Sadly please dont start! I know all of you will disagree that havnt tried it, but its an instant rush takes more than one time to get used to it and to beable to hit it right. "PLEASE DONT TRY THIS"... any ways peace out!

Smoking Oxycodone pills will NOT get you high, and if it does, it will be nowhere NEAR the high you get from eating or snorting it.

I live in FL, and it's not even close to an "epidemic." Most people who see or hear about someone doing this, just laughs at them.

You can think this all you want, that smoking pills is the NEW way of getting super high, but you are sadly mistaken. Smoking pills is a waste of time.

Not to mention you have no idea what you are talking about with the generic statement. Why wouldn't generics work? Don't even try? Don't even try smoking a generic pill that has the SAME exact active ingredient as the name-brand pill?

Most Roxi's on the market now are ALL generics....the M 30's, the V's, etc. People have no problem with these generics. Based on what you think you know, I am sure you think M 30's are name brand.

Anyways, again, don't smoke pills, it's fucking retarded, and will not get you high.

its ok... like i said some people dont have any idea what im talking about... generics have a diff mix dosnt allow for smoking... oc burns excatly like H and gets u higher try it some time... i know its hard to beleive but its true i started out just like u guys... taking it/snorting it/then smoking it... not oxycodone "only oc brand name" its all good if you disagree... peace

 

oh yeah only smoke 40's or higher you can do smaller dosages but 80's are the best! or 160 if your lucky...!!!

i smoked a 20mg oxy pill back in the day. if i remember correctly it did work, but not worth the other shit getting into your lungs. now smoking ms contin - that shit was an epic win

Apparently you've never tried to smoke oxy. Yes, with nearly every other pill, you cannot smoke it, I have not encountered any other pill you can and I have tried (just like smoker85). I also live on the west coast, I was living in the Seattle area until a few months ago when I moved up near the boarder. And I know just from moving 2 hours north, that hardly anyone in this area knows about smoking oxycontin, yet everyone in the Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Factoria, Redmond, Woodinville, Duvall, Carnation, Kirkland, Juanita, Bothell area that does drugs now at least knows of smoking oc (and we call it beans up here). I know many, many people that have gone to rehab for addiction to it and I am addicted to it. I did it nearly every day for over a year until I moved up here for school and had to quit somewhat since I couldn't get them as often. I layed in bed for a fucking week, sick as fuck from withdrawls. So yes, you can smoke oxys. It's fucking amazing, but yes it does work a bit different than snorting or popping. I compare smoking oc vs. snorting it to smoking crack and snorting coke, especially when it comes to the addicts. When you smoke it on a very regular basis, you get addicted faster, your tolerance increases a lot, and you start needing it as often as a crack addict needs crack, it wears off very quickly. Just like crack. And I'm pretty sure you would agree that you can get high off smoking crack. And until you go out and get a namebrand oc, peel off the coating, bite it in half (best way to smoke), light it onto the matte side of the tin foil, chase the dragon, and smoke 40mg and don't get high off that you need to shut the fuck up. You can't argue like a four-year-old, just saying "nu-uh, no you can't," especially when you've never personally tried it and you have no fucking idea and your just talking out of your fucking asss. Trust me, I have smoked away tens of thousands of dollars, and I'm pretty fucking sure I was getting high.

You are comparing smoking crack, a substance that is manufactured and cooked up so you can smoke it, to a pill, a substance that is not intended for smoking. That is the worst comparison ever. "Oh you can get high off crack, so you can get high off smoking pills." What kind of comparison is that...it's horrible, and holds no weight for your argument.

Most likely the heat is damaging the Oxycodone before it even gets in your bloodstream. Placebo is one of the strongest drugs known to man, though. If you think "hey, smoking crack gets me high, so smoking pills should!" then it will get you "high." It's called placebo, kid.

Smoking opioid pills (well, any pill) will produce no effect. The active chemical burns off at a much lower temperature then you'd think.

Get a life, stop smoking pills, and don't try coming onto an opiate forum talking to addicts who have been on opiates 10-20+ years that have REAL pain and REAL wd's, and talk about how you are so addicted and you are even MORE addicted because you have been SMOKING Oxycontin.
