Oddly, the judge's decision to order release of the report was in response to a lawsuit challenging the integrity of the equipment in a case concerning the location of a marijuana dispensary. The report was prepared by former Republican congressional candidate Russell Ramsland, Jr, . Ramsland works for a private Dallas-based security firm called Allied Security Operations Group (ASCOG). Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson on December 14, 2020 sought to have the report released to the public so that people could see that it's "another in a long stream of misguided, vague and dubious assertions designed to erode public confidence in the November presidential election."

Ramsland is the very same "expert" who , in another case supporting the Giuliani conspiracy theory, confused voting jurisdictions in Minnesota with Michigan towns. In another case, he made wildly inaccurate claims about Michigan voter turnout, claiming that Detroit, where turnout was 51%, had turnout of 139%, and that North Muskegon, which had turnout of 78%, had voter turnout of 782%.

If you look back on the last century and count every instance of public corruption, crimes by public officials, and violations of Federal ethics, add those instance all up......it pales by comparison to Trump, his cronies and Republicans operatives. The latest two series of pardons are an international disgrace and puts the US in dubious international company. It smacks of an organized criminal operation. Meanwhile our prisons are full of people serving time for far less damaging crimes; usually people who are poor or minorities, or have offended the rich and powerful. We have had enough and hope Biden can heal this very ill Nation.

 

He's just begun, he realizes he's been slowly losing power since the election so he's overcompensating by doing what he can do through vetoes and pardons.
