Totally. It's the same in nearly all men, although sometimes it's the right one that hangs lower. It's a natural design to avoid them from being crushed together between your legs (not just when having sex, but at all other times as well).

 

I thought it would be like the water in the toilet swirling the other way. for guys downunder verses the guys in the northern hemisphere

they are always high and tightish even more so on cold days. They are not all that low hanging which i seriously want.

 

Why do you want them lower? Is the sack to small ? Or is it for other reasons

 

sack isn't small but i love low hangers and love them bouncing off my chin while giving oral and would love to be able to swing/bounce my balls off my bf's chin while receiving oral.

 

As well as responding to heat, it's not uncommon for them to hang lower during sex, due to the increased blood flow. However, this is not always the case, so if you're one of those where it doesn't, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong.

Overall, it seems to me as if this is just another case of being led by the depiction of the 'average' male, as portrayed by the porn industry, leading other men, who really ARE average in all ways to see themselves as being sub-standard.

The only important issue is making sure your toilet seat isn't so low that your balls hit the water. Or, get a bidet.

 

I've recently had a bathroom refurbishment, and the new toilet is so much smaller than the previous one that now, when I'm sitting down, with my ample proportions, I have a problem getting my penis in without my anus going onto the rear part of the seat, and vice versa.

 

I'm the "peanut shell" guy from a previous posting, never hang, small to medium sized, you'd just rarely see them. Wish I could grab a handful of them while J/O to heighten the pleasure. Best I can do is rub the shell.

edit2: just got back from the toilet and checked things out. it was a photo finish. when i first started my business the balls had it by a hair. and by the time i was done they hung pretty much equally as low. so i am gonna say that usually the balls are lower buy it depends completely on circumstances more than the fact that i have pretty big balls from what i read online while only having an average penis.
