How far did you take your education?

everyday is a learning experience

 

high school graduate here...and it shows im sure

 

graduated highschool and i have a year and 3/4 left until i'm done my associate degree. don't know what i'm doing after that... probably the same job i'd be working at if i had just gotten a highschool education.

 

im still in high school. college next fall

 

three years of college, a paramedic license (lapsed), a master's electrician license, an insurance license, and soon a real estate license

always something to learn.......

 

Um I consider college and university to be the same thing.

 

Not nearly enough as of yet, though I doubt there is such thing as enough anyway.

 

Previously, I had attended four years of college until I decided my major was the wrong choice. I am now currently enrolled in a three year program for my Bachelors.

 

i've finished hs, currently in univ... it'll take me four and a half years total to finish my degree since I changed colleges after a year, heh. so, this is my third year, i'm over halfway done! yeehaw. I mean, I like learning but holy fuck it's expensive

 

I'm a sophomore in college.. I plan to graduate May 2008. Job after that.

 

imma junior in college as of current...

i know ill at least do four years and more if the money lets me....
but cant guarantee it will. (i mean ill do four for SURE!!! but dont know if i can do any further or not yet.....)

 

Almost done with college.

 

i took the scenic route.

 

Me too. This is my 4th year, but I've had so many majors that I've still got about a year and a half left. Probably two.

 

yeah but im 25 and im school with a bunch of 19 year olds... haha, oh well.

 

and that is another thing... the damn majors. im a student of life.. picking a damn major is STILL so hard for me! gaarrrr!

 

I've just decided that I need to get out of school.


I asked myself, "What makes me happy?"

Then I picked a major as a means to that end.

 

I've got a lot of military health care classes that don't mean squat outside in the civilian world. I could damn near cut into somebody here and pass drugs, but on the outside I'll be lucky to clean up somebodys shit.

 

yeah the reason i even went BACK to school cause i had a two or three year long break where i lived my youth... a little or a lot depending on who's opinion...

but i was working 40 hours a week at a place that more then paid the bills but took me from me so i went back to school. i cant work some pointless job. i needed to face reality and that was... i DO need money and i DO need to do something that matters to me.

picking a major just seems to peg you in though. right now im psych.... i got started in psych as a major for a good reason and that is why i have not switched (yet!!???) but... the bureocracy i see inside something.... that i went into for a diff reason. (er, long story but in any case... im glad im in school but i still need to figure out what exactly it is i want to do)

 

Im in the college now.. gotta study it 2 more yeras, then work somewhere for one year and do my masters after that Kinda study enviromental engineering which is based on waste and waste management.. interesting stuff, was bored only first 1,5 years
