How do you recognize an undercover?

I did some research and found this to be false.

Too good to be true I guess, unless someone can prove me wrong, which I hope so.

Undercover cops might try and ask more questions than they need to know. Eg. where do you guys buy from? or he might try and get a discussion going on dealers and see if the people he's with let something slip.

 

Here is a good tip if you think you are being stalked or watched.
Talk to some buddy s and ask them to stalk you.
Any time any place.
Ask them to make note of anything strange or unusual. cars, or people, vans, E.C.T .
tell them it is like a game.
You will have them watching your house when you are not around, they will be stopping by at the end of there work shifts, and if they work nights they could be sitting watching your place at 3 or four in the morning.
Put it all together and you have a small army watching you.
And hopefully they will in time, watch you, being watched.
Now supply them with scanners and watch the game change.
They will be watching you 24 – 7 with no fixed pattern and they will be listining to police, fire trucks,cabs, e.c.t.
Watch as some things come together, your friends will start to notice that when you put on your bed room light in the morning, they may here someone say “I got a light”.
Or as you are leaving they may here something like “concentrate on, and then the name of a street you may be taking.
Or they may here, “he is going north”.
If it is an isolated area your stalkers or surveyors may ask for help, and your friends may hear them say “ keep your distance, and “mix it up like always”, meaning there may be more than one car following you.
The beauty of all this is it may only cost you a case of beer or a few stakes for your buddy's, plus now you have witness to the fact you are being stalked or followed, plus you have protection 25 – 7.
And in time you can even turn the tables and start finding out stuff about your stalkers, what they drive ,plate numbers, e.c.t.

You dont even need friends to help defend you from stalker or people following you.
You can ask strangers, tell them you are part of a game and peole are trying to “tag you”, the prize is big so you dont want to loose.
Then pay them in some cases as little as $10 an hour.
Tell them they can make there own hours any time day or late night.
But make it clear they have to record everything they see or hear.
When you have enough information collected you can go to the police.

There are Narcs, C.I.s, and P.I.s. Narcs are Narcotic officers. C.I.s are controlled Informants. And the last is the scariest, Paid Informants. P.I.s do not have to follow any rules what so ever. You ever wonder about the obvious long timer in the scene that everyone knows? Hes never been caught that anyone can recall although hes flying high all the time. The cops seem to ignore the icon in the scene. Paid informants do not need to do anything but exchange information for money. Easy way for an addict to make a living.

 

Well they drive unmarked cars with cliche CID registration plates, but as far as on the streets go you'd see it in their eyes if you're tentative, analytic and careful enough.

Undercovers tend to have a certain arrogant air about them... very cocky and serious.

 

I think I'm beginning to develop an eye for idenitifying undercovers, especially from this thread

 

its all in the shoes, they can pull off everyother aspect but they always fuck up the shoes. For instance at rothbury one of the confirmed undos was hippied the fuck out dreads and all, totally beliveable but he had on some like white sketchers. I was tought by a very wise man to always ALWAYS look at the shoes

 

here in Prescott, AZ there's a few i know of; they're either narcs or undercovers.
One is a big guy, sunglasses, beard, tries to dress like a biker or tough guy or something, 2 tourqoise earrings in each ear. the others all look like somewhat chill people, but don't trust them.
Its all in the boots, like dislexic said. A lot of times undercovers working at protests to try to stir up trouble will have the same boots as the police; dead give away.
