In your pervent desire to be the poster child of the exemplary, law abiding citizen, perhaps, if a cop pulled you over and did a vaginal search on you, you're one of those types who would offer your ass as well.

Nazi SS troopers didn’t make the rules either and I’m sure they did good things also. Mercenaries don’t make the rules either they are “just doing their job” (giving people freedom) yeah right..
All armys and police have nice labels “giving people freedom” “freeing the repressed” “giving the people democracy” it is called propaganda or brainwashing.

I’m not saying all soldiers are bad I’m just saying just because they are getting money to destroy peoples live doesn’t make it OK they are still destroying peoples lives and causing pain suffering and misery even if they claim to be “giving people freedom” “freeing the repressed” or “serve and protect”

How is incarcerating people for victimless crimes serving or protecting society?

The difference is, we're not hurting anyone. They don't have to go out terrorising people for smoking a beautiful plant. They cause suffering, we do not.
I mean, think about it; when does a cop's arrival mean anything good? Driving 6 miles over the speed limit; oops! sirens... time for a ticket... which means paying ridiculous amounts into their pockets.
Playing music at a park? Oops! Loitering! Don't you know its wrong to stay in any one area too long? Time for some friendly handcuffs and a ride to the station where you can get harassed...
Smoking a plant; oops! The government is in control of what you put in your body, even if there is no victim and you're not bothering anyone. But don't worry; you try to speak out for your rights and you'll get to meet Mr. tazer and Mrs. pepperspray.

And for those people who argue that cops also help us; BS... I don't get cops involved in my business because all it means is them taking tabs on me, making records, spying, planting bugs... sorry, no way.

Essentially people who become pigs usually do so because they agree with the system, or they wouldn't do it, now would they??? would they???
    I have no respect for them because they're a cop for a reason; because somehow they get joy from imprisioning and harassing people. And the occasional tazer is always fun too (;

I don't trust ANY cops. Why?
    1. They enforce unfair, oppressive laws.
    2. If they didn't agree with these unfair, oppressive laws, they certainly wouldn't be cops, or at least enforce them, would they?
    3. So if they choose to do so, it must be because somewhere they think its ok and must agree with the unfair, oppressive laws.

I would add a State salary and pension.

The amount of tax dollars consumed by Narcs is tremendous.

My only sympathy is that they are stuck in such dishonest work. Equating stoners with terrorists or mafia.

First to answer your question, Maybe it’s just me but fakes of any kind just stand out like a sore thumb. I can just sense it. There’s always something that gives them away. Trust your feelings, if something doesn’t feel right move on, you shouldn’t be hanging with people that don’t feel right to you anyway!

Next on Policemen, the big problem with police in the US is that it’s a relatively low paying job that you have to risk your life to do, so it attracts people that like to carry a gun and bully people. Not to say that all police are like that but the job is attractive to them so you get a higher percentage of bullies as policemen in the States.

I have to say, today at work I had a guy come into work and I could totally tell he was an undercover. Buff, tight white shirt, tight thick jeans, dark sunglasses, short, clean cut hair, and a constant constipated look on his face. he totally stood out to me as some sort of officer.
Then a detective came into my work; with a warrent for one of my old coworkers, lol. Thing is, just before he told me who he was, I had asked him if he placed an order yet (I work in fast food). As soon as I laid my eyes on him I could tell he was an officer; some tough ass.

As Vito Corleone said, "Keep your friends close. Keep your enemies even closer".

If you don't know for sure that somebody isn't a cop, act like they are. Even then, not being a cop doesn't make a person trustworthy.
When it comes down to it there's really only one rule. Don't be stupid and you probl'y won't get caught, but there's no guarantee. it's part of the risks we accept by practicing civil disobedience to unjust laws.
I have had family members in law enforcment. They both told me independantly of each other that many good people hire on as cops but few make it once they reach the ranks. The dirty ones get promoted and the clean ones spend their careers writing tickets or in the low paying prison system, where they become dirty. it's that simple. Law enforcment is one arm of a monsterous, oppressive, corrupt machine fueled by money and power and as such cannot help but display those same attributes.

Just think, someday the earth will be healed and there won't be any need for an armed force operating under the cloak of fear intimidation to keep society under control. (We're all gonna smoke a big fat one on the courthouse lawn on that day)

    Much Love & Peace

I can't wait for that day. The thing is though, there is no "need" for nazi cops running around tazing people... Its so sad that a person can have their life destroyed because of such a beautiful plant. I'm very paranoid about who I let know I smoke (offline, online I'm not too worried yet), and I just find it sad that i have to hide the fact that I use a plant. WHen i break up those precious buds and look at them, I think... its just a plant. Its a bunch of leaves and flowers... just like any other plant... and its illegal?

you are right. WE don't need dirty cops to "keep us safe". THEY need dirty cops to make us feel unsafe to justify the "need" for cops.

Don't be paranoid, just be careful and smart. watch who you talk to and what you do and you'll be ok. Being paranoid get's you busted.

There are great things happening in the universe. I think that this generation will see some great spiritual awakenings and as that happens, unjust and outdated modes of thinking will be shed off and replaced with the truth and love. So be happy, life is good and the universe is in balance even if we are not.

There are undercover police cars in NY disguised as yellow taxis. Kinda creepy. You tend to not notice them unless you are really paying attention.

The other day I was walking down the street and parked on the side of the street was a van. It just looked suspicious like a government or county issued vehicle, just impersonal like a work vehicle. So as I walk by I notice a guy who looks like a detective using a laptop.
Maybe the guy was just some random guy on lunch break getting some free wireless but it made me wonder about internet tracking.

Could a detective just park within your wireless and hack your info?
