I toast the bread, and while I'm doing that I mix cheese, Greek feta cheese salad dressing, and the tuna together. Half of it goes on the toast - the other half in a ziplock bag and put in the fridge.
i like to crisp little patties of tuna in some olive oil and place it on a bed of spring greens or wilted spinache then toss with some red wine vinegar.

Miracle whip, a dash of Old Bay seasoning, dash of dill weed, tiny dash of lemon pepper seasoning, diced sweet onion, diced celery, relish...Toasted wheat bread, w/melted cheese, tuna mixture in the middle. There are some good ideas in here.
