Annually is how I like it. Infrequently, you mght say. I have about one cup per year. I don't mind if I skip a year from time to time.
I think it depends what time of day you have the tea for me because I only like caffeine before 11:00 AM or so.
I’ve been liking chai tea but I’ve not been able to make it as perfectly as when I’ve ordered it out.
it may be the different brands, a commercial brand sold mainly to restaurants will be different from a brand sold mainly in grocery stores. next time you drink a cup at a restaurant and you particularly like the taste, ask what brand it is. I have done that when I drank coffee out that I especially liked the flavor of. waitresses have no problem finding out the brand name for you.
With brandy, honey, and lemon - When I’m sick. Otherwise, I like it best when someone else is drinking it and I don’t have to. I do love scones, though. More specifically, clotted cream.
White with one small spoonful of Xylitol (sugar sub)… but I drink a variety of teas. In the morning, after my tea or coffee, I make myself a rosehip, mullein, tinctures and cider vinegar tea, again with the xylitol. I let it cool before adding the apple cider vinegar and tinctures though. Drink that down before breakfast. Other teas I drink throughout the day are eucalyptus, liquorice and lungwort mix, turmeric and chamomile, red bush (vanilla), which I drink like ordinary tea towards the evening as it has no caffeine, and other assorted herbals which don’t come to mind atm.
Oh, the morning cuppa and one in the afternoon is Tetley, white with one Xylitol. Use to be a PG tips fan but I now prefer Tetley. It’s weaker but real refreshing. Utterly reviving
