how do you like your tea?

I drink decaffeinated Celestial Seasons herb tea. I like it hot or as iced tea, no sugar.

 

I usually buy Twinings. Either English Breakfast or Lady Grey. Very rarely do I add sugar.

Oops And how do I like it... I like it when I drink it, hot not cold, unless it is ice tea, then with ice cubes and sugar, perhaps a lemon

 

I like green tea with ginseng and lemon. And it's gotta have sugar or there's little point in it.

I can't say because I don't really drink tea. But my best guess is that I'd like strong tea in the morning, and weak tea any time after, oh... 14:00.

AT HOME: I usually drink ICED TEA year round, with NATURAL, ORGANIC SUGAR as a sweetener, or i just add 100% FRUIT JUICE OR LEMONADE OR LIMEAID, as a SWEETENER and a FLAVOR agent (25% MIX / RATIO). IN WINTER: I may MIX IT UP and drink some HOT TEA, with HONEY or ORGANIC, NATURAL SUGAR as a SWEETENER. I DRINK / USE ALL 3 TYPES OF TEA: BLACK, WHITE and GREEN. BRANDS CAN VARY - LIPTON, TETLEY, RED ROSE, ETC.

A new study claims that sugar has a similar effect on the brain as cocaine.

It is widely thought to affect the brain in a similarity to cocaine, and a new study has suggested people addicted to sugar should be treated in the same way as other drug abusers.

According to researchers from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), excessive sugar consumption increases the dopamine levels in a similar way to other drugs such as cocaine.

The study found that long-term consumption of sugar will cause a reduction of dopamine levels. That means, they say, people consume higher and higher levels of sugar in order to reach the same reward levels and avoid mild states of depression.

I take black tea without milk. These days lemon is added to it for vitamin c related immunity benefits. But the taste has also become so much better that I don't relish black tea anymore.

 

Try it with an added tot of Brandy matey - enhances the taste !!!
