I'm very funny with eggs. I don't particularly like them, but if it's happening then I fry both sides. I don't like the runny bits. Now my favorite is scrambled eggs with melted cheese throughout. That's my favorite way of having to eat them but if I can get away without then I will. Just definitely some things work with a fried egg, but still if I have the time and patience melted cheese and scrambled.
Never really tried eggs on their own in any form. Couldn't get past the smell. I'm certain one day someone will make me some when i'm hungover and I'll become and instant convert.
I'm really not a fan of plain eggs. I like them mixed into other dishes, a soft boiled egg on top of soups or maybe a sunny side up egg in a sandwich or burger. If I have to make eggs for breakfast on their own I will always chop whatever veggies I have into them and do a big messy scramble.
Yep. That's the worst. I can't be around anyone eating a boiled egg. I find the smell to be very offensive.
I don't like the white part when they are hard boiled. Terrible consistency on its own. I love soft runny egg yolks!
You can also steam eggs instead of boiling, I just found this out a few days ago and can't wait to try it. The yolk and egg white supposedly have a softer consistency than hard boiled when steamed.
i don't think i've had a bad egg. but if i had to order them, i would go with either over easy, or scrambled.
lol...I don't know if you are joking. I USED to like to get my eggs over easy (the yellow/yolk is runny) BUT since you can get salmonella (and probably other stuff too) from eggs nowadays, I tend to get them scrambled. I quite enjoy chopped up boiled eggs in many dishes, salads, etc. Eggs are good! :chef:
