How do you like your bacon?

I don't like mine to be too crispy. I like it to be slightly soft and chewy.

 

Not too soft, but definitely chewy.

 

I like it more on the crisp side but not totally dried out from over cooking. I don't mind if part of it is a little less done as long as most of the strip is crisp.

 

In between soft and crispy.

Though, to be honest, I have not eaten bacon in years.

 

needs to have a definite snap to it, but still enough chew to it that it's not falling completely apart when i bite into it.

 

Smothered in bacon!

 

I like it either way I just cant stand a shit ton of grease so I take a napkin and pat the grease up

Ultra-lean, soft, grilled. None of that manky white stuff.

I'll have a bit of bacon with something, but I dunno, it doesn't exactly fill you up.
And how people can eat that fried stuff, crisped with thick chunks of fat is completely beyond me.

 

A lot of cheap bacon is mostly water.Well not mostly,but a lot.

Nah that's gross. I don't really like it too crispy. I like it with lettuce and tomatoes.
