    My libido is pretty good, but I would like to rev it up a notch. Any advice? So far, I've been exercising a lot, watching porn, and reading erotica.

    Exercise, weight training, even for women increases testosterone which is the sex hormone. A good diet followed by exploring what new ways there are that turn you on leads to wanting more. Wanting more sex is known as increased libido which is also increasing your sex drive..

    I did the same thing not long ago and decided to start learning Tantric Sex, it made my libido go into overdrive and dialled it up to 11!

    I don’t know if I am increasing it, but one thing is to keep active in my case. In the absence of a friend with benefits I always take care of myself. I will watch Soft porn to get some visual stimulation. The porn I watch is handjobs, blowjobs, titfucks. Something I will relate with receiving, but in person I desire penetration very much as well

    I'll add a new suggestion you may think crazy, but it often works - Erotic Hypnosis!

    3. Look into some of the saddle style sex toys. Not cheap, but be warned it will give you orgasms that are beyond what you've ever experienced.

    First, learn about it. Second, be specific about what you are trying to accomplish. The term "sex drive" is virtually meaningless, because it isn't and on/off switch. The term "libido" isn't much better.

    Once you determine your arousal triggers and understand both spontaneous arousal and responsive arousal, there are four pillars or dimensions:

    (1) Frequency.
    (2) Intensity.
    (3) Duration.
    (4) Variation.

    Consider a two-pump chump who claims to have a strong sex drive or high libido, because he wants it four times per day. He's missing three of the four pillars/dimensions. Content with a total of three minutes of sex spread out over four encounters, arguably, it's almost non-existent, but he thinks he's a stallion in the sack.

    Before you go about trying to increase or enhance something, be very specific and purposeful about what that is - what you're trying to accomplish.
