how do you get someone to stop snoring

thats what i tell him sometimes! lol, im like, thats not breathing...

and yeah, its a hell of a lot worse when he's been drinking.

and yeah he wakes up only when i nudge him, or push/kick him for snoring so loud. lol

he doesnt think it'll work cause he's taken it a grand total of TWO times. it worked the first time, but the second time it didnt.. and he hasnt taken it ever since..

i've been trying to tell him i think he didnt take enough the second time, but he's stubborn, and he's just like,, ahh whatever..

friggen guy.. lol.



oh yeah, and i heard about the nasal strips, but arent they ridiculously expensive>?

 

i'm not sure of the cost of the Nasal Strips. maybe look around for coupons or deals? tell him to try the pills for a week or 2. he seems very stubborn. good luck on a good night sleep!

I usually find that raising the bottom of the bed up a couple of feet gets them to stop, have to prop it up with a milk crate or something, or firewood or whatevers handy, but it works.

 

smoking / being overweight can also cause the problem as well as alcohol
