lol, brucie. Yes he is a classic, - but even when I hear him talk about daddies - as in "hey little girl, is your daddy home?.." it makes me think sugar daddy, which I find a huge turn off as well (not as big as a father-daddy, but still).
I call my father Daddy already, so like a lot of other people have said already, that's just a little freakish. I'm not big on pet names in general. I don't mind being called "honey" and "sweetheart", but the rest of them piss me off. Darling, dear, sugar, babe- those are all just really annoying. I especially don't like it when people I don't know call me pet names. It's creapy. Okay, I've gone off topic. Sorry.
I guess I'm a little different. I stopped sitting on daddy's lap when I was 7 and I stoppeds calling dad, daddy before I was 10. (I guess it's a closeness that people experience with their dads and the word daddy.) I don't have that daddy feel. I call my dad, dad. I call my ma, ma. (Yes that isn't what most people call their ma's lol.)
exactly, that's how i feel. i use it sometimes, it's a turn on for both of us... and i don't think i ever called my dad, daddy, and he hasn't been around too much since i hit puberty either (other than visits and phone calls), so there aren't really any connections to the two for me.
